For a steak house the steak is pretty bad. Happy hour is nice. loud of course! Any one who would complain about that is kinda.....(dumb)silly. The hostest was rude not happy to be wrking there name might have been ashley? Server was ok...he took our order not writing it down trying to memorize it... That was a fail! (Why servers do that i will never understand..isnt it better to get the order right the first time???!!!! Annoyed.) Fried pickles were TOO SALTY. Which was werid because they are normally delish. The steak was so bad. Cold of course...and just not good. But the BREAD was of course the BEST PART! Over all i just wasnt happy...they need help maybe better host and waiters who arent afraid of paper and pen?

Keep in mind that I only had a pick up order, so I cant speak to the dine in experience yet, but pick up was wonderful! They were fast & efficient. We usually go to another Roadhouse location across town, but we always have to go back to get the rest of our order. This location was recommended to us for the efficient pick up service. It was a perfect recommendation!! We got everything we ordered on time, and the food was delicious!! The only thing that wasnt perfect was the amount of mushrooms that came with the prime rib. It was not the usual portion, but was forgiveable as it was a crowded Friday night.

Good food, good margaritas, great staff. Ive only been dissatisfied with a meal here one time, but it was cleared up very quickly, as there is always a roaming manager, checking up on everyone who is dining. Bathrooms could be a bit nicer and cleaner on a busy night, but no real complaints here. Servers are really attentive whenever we are here, and always give refills promptly. For a popular place, Id say the servers do an above average job here! Good for families and groups definitely, but also has a good bar area. Call ahead, as there is normally around a 15-30 minute wait.

Our server was AMAZING!!! The rolls were hard and over cooked. I ordered the pulled pork dinner. My pulled pork was almost inedible. Ive never had it that tough. Ive had numerous visits to the Texas Roadhouse in NY and everything was amazing. We expected the same here and were sadly disappointed by the food. Like I said our server was so sweet and amazing. Everything we visited Texas Roadhouse in the past our experience was beyond a 10 out of 10. The cooks need to be retrained. We just moved here and will most likely never come back because of the poor cooking quality.

Friendly from the time you entered the door. Noticed we were dressed for a special occasion and mentioned to the children which in turn made them feel very special. Food was terrific and was prepared as ordered and with our special allergies nothing was too difficult for them to accommodate. We all had an enjoyable time which is what you can expect here. Our waiter was engaging and courteous. Thank you to all the staff that made us all feel welcomed and special and also to those who prepared a great meal. Thank you!

Very polite and helpful staff. Pleasant atmosphere. Our food was very good, my husband had smothered chicken and I had chicken fried steak, baked potatoes, green beans and corn. All was super. The pre-dinner rolled are home made yeast rolls with cinnamon butter and are wonderful! My husband had sweet tea which tasted freshly brewed and I had a sangria margarita. I loved it! We had a really nice dinner here and I highly recommend going here.

We have been here a few times now and each time our service, food and overall experience was excellent. The wait staff are friendly and prompt, our food is always quick to be delivered and has always been as ordered, no fixes needed. The parking lot and getting into the area is a little difficult, but to no fault of the restaurant. We hope this excellent service persists, great job.

Food is generally good. I typically order my steaks medium-well and 3 times in a row they came out bloody and rare. The music is too loud. Sometimes I want to enjoy dinner with my family, but we all have to yell to be able to hear each other. And the line dancing is annoying, and usually signals an increase in music volume along with clapping. Servers are nice and prompt.

The drinks are well mixed, appetizers come out quickly and the food is exactly what you expect. The absolute best part of our latest visit has been Megan!! She is an absolute rockstar. Always made sure we had everything we needed without being annoying about it. Handled extra requests in stride, and the one mistake that was made was corrected with appropriate quickness!

Should defiently have a better policy on the way the ladies have their hair I ordered online for pick up and when I arrived there to pick my food up I waited about 10 mins or so and as I was waiting I saw one ladys hair I believe her name was Julie or Julia touch atleast 3 different customers rolls and the food was great minus the ribs a tad overcooked

Everywhere I go the first thing I judge a place by is their customer service, and the customer service I had here was amazing! I will go out of my way to go to this particular Texas Road House again! our server was Alina and she made our night! Thank you for the awesome service and amazing food that tasted amazing. My steak was cooked to perfection!

I love this place! Its prices are affordable, the quality is wonderful, Ive never disliked our service, they always cater to special requests, and I love Mondays (kids night). Ive never seen a steak house go so far out of its way to appease children like they do with their balloons, face painting, and costumed mascot. I wish I could come more!

We had a great meal today starting with a Sooper Server Tyler. He was on top of taking care of our needs and genuinely cared about the quality of our meal. Steak was done well. My salmon was great also. Denise stopped by as she does on all times with us and others. 8th Street Texas Roadhouse is the place to gour. Thank you Tyler and Denise.

Really good, friendly, service but both entrees ordered were poorly prepared. My sirloin tips were EXTREMELY salty, to the point that they tasted unpleasant and my guests pulled pork was overcooked to the point that over half of it was a charred, inedible, mess. That said, this is the first time Ive eaten here that the food was awful.

the only good thing was the fact that we got seated fast josi our waitress was extremely rude and seemed to want us gone as soon as possible despite her repeated comments about how there was no rush my girlfriend ordered her burger well done came back almost red as a result we will NOT be back

5-4-17 @ 1830 went to this location with wife and son. Food was excellent, server Tyler was great. This was the best service from a male server I have ever had. Made eye contact and was prompt on refills. Je was also very courteous to other employees as well as customers. Highly recomend.

What I loved about the place wasour host she was nice and courteous and gorgeous by the way what I didnt care for was my ribs were burnt but the hostess made the place okay her name begins with the c so if you get a host with the name that begins with c you are good to go
