Disgusting. Never coming back again. Let me start off by saying that, as a vegetarian, I really wanted to like this restaurant (or continue to like, they used to be good) because of their vegetarian options. However, Ive overlooked some pretty horrible things and it just keeps getting worse, so Ive written them off for good. The first three times I went were great, but the last 7-8 got progressively worse and worse to the point that I wouldnt eat there if you paid me. I always order the same thing - the Gardein bbq chicken salad. I ordered it to go and had half a pizza leftover. The waiter asked if I would like to take the pizza home, and I did. He forgot and threw it away. I didnt want to complain about the pizza, but when I got home, the salad was missing the Gardein chicken - the best part, and the reason I liked this restaurant (GMO-free chicken substitute). I called and the manager apologized. Next visit, I call and pick up a Gardein bbq chicken salad. I made SURE it was Gardein over the phone, because, like I said, Im a vegetarian. I get it home and its real chicken. Next visit, I called ahead for two Gardein bbq chicken salads to go. I went over the order with the hostess and she even gave me the total, which indicated two salads. I come to pick them up and she starts arguing with me that I only ordered one. ARGUING. Not, "Im sorry, maam, I only had you down for one," but rather "dont tell me you ordered two because you ordered one." I checked at the restaurant to make sure it was gardein chicken, and it looked okay. I get home and realize only then that not only are they both half sized (I ordered and paid for two full size), but that there is real, goopy, undercooked, pink chicken underneath the Gardein chicken substitute. THIS IS NOT EVEN A MENU ITEM. NO ONE ON EARTH WOULD EVER ORDER BOTH FAKE AND REAL CHICKEN ON THE SAME DISH. They did this to get back at me. I called the manager and said I was never coming back. Well, I gave up and decided to give them another chance many months later (bearing in mind the food choices around town are not great, especially for vegetarians). I went with two coworkers. We all had salads and they were all DISGUSTING. The lettuce was not only yellow, it was wilted, and crusted on the tips and turning orange. However, this was not even close to the worst part. THEY SERVED THE SALAD DRESSING IN TWO FILTHY DIPPING BOWLS THAT HAD CLEARLY NOT BEEN CLEANED FROM THE TABLE PRIOR. The salad dressing is a light orange color, and this had guacamole crusted not only on the outside, but on the inside where the dressing was. We began to walk out without even waiting for the manager, but he caught up to us. I once again told him Im never coming back. I took a picture of the filthy, disgusting dishes they served their food on and am looking for a place to post them.

Great place for people that do not want to engage with others and just have great beer and good food. The Yard House is one of my regular places for dinner. Most locations have great staff and atmosphere. This place not so much. From the very beginning you have to spend what seems like an eternity to find a parking spot. Its in the Mall Parking lot, you would think there would be plenty of parking but think again. So think about this rationally, after you have spent an unreasonable amount of time finding a parking spot, you would think the first person that greets you at the door would be welcoming and make you feel like the investment you made was worth it. Nope, these were the most unemotional, disconnected Host/greeter staff I have dealt with. Oh well, not everyone is friendly, I get that. But management, this is the first point of entry into your restaurant. Which, as another reviewer accurately pointed out, is in the "Hospitality" Industry. A "smile" would be appropriate. So at this stage we are doubly annoyed. Fortunately, as in all Yard Houses, we were appreciative of the wide selection of beers on tap. Our Server was great and reasonably attentive. I will say fairly typical for Yard houses I have been to. The beer was great as was the food. You never get a bad meal here. The issue here is you have to yell at the people you are with for them to hear you. Most Yard Houses I have been to have average noise levels, not here. Even our server had to walk around to each of us and bend over a bit to hear our order. As she did to every table. You would think they would put some better sound absorbing materials around. The bottom line here is if you are out with people you do not really care to talk to you, or perhaps someone you are going to break up with, this is a great spot. It offers good food, a great selection of beer and will put you in the mood to do the dirty work after dealing with the Hostess staff and the parking. However, if you want to enjoy a beer and the company of the person/People you are with, there are far better choices.

I arrived before my two friends and worked for 12 minutes to get someones attention to visit my table. Waitress #2 took a drink order; I never saw her again. Waitress #1 appeared 20 minutes after arrival, took our order. We ran out of water, could never find her. Helpers brought our plates and we requested refills. One guy came back with a single glass of water. Water is rare at the Yard House. Dinner was good, food quality was good. A bit overpriced, but this is a very expensive property, so no complaints on this front. 20 minutes into the meal, and one of us headed to the bar to get two glasses of water. Our waitress was extraordinarily difficult to flag down. We manage a last refill at check handoff. Get the signed check and that was the last we saw of her. We wanted more drinks, but service was ended. We chatted for 40 minutes or so, catching up. This was a Tuesday night. It was fairly busy, and very noisy, a bit difficult to converse. At the 40 minute mark, the assassin waiter appeared and very aggressively cleared the remaining few items from our table. The message was clear: get the hell out of my section. We left right away. Restaurants belong to the "hospitality industry", which presumes you will be treated hospitably. Not so here at all. I can understand you want to turn tables and generate your tip income, but some people are in for a quick bite and others catching up after time apart. The assassin waiter thinks of diners as uncooperative herd animals with wallets. Well probably visit again on the strength of the food. We left our usual 20% for this visit. We sat at table #711 on 3/15/2016. Management, heres a chance to involve people in a bit of education.

This is a great spot for happy hour, dinner, lunch etc. I love going for happy hour. We live about 20 minutes away and as some of you may know around happy hour time I25 can be a pain and the wait at this Yard House can get a little hefty. We always use call ahead and when ever we show up at most have to wait about 10 minutes. They do a great job with their call ahead. I have gone to other places with call ahead and you get there and still have to wait 45 minutes...NEVER with Yard House! Love the food, but so many choices its so hard to decide sometimes :)
