We visited on a Sunday night. It was not too busy. Our waitress was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, she was a little slow. At first we were okay with that as we were in no hurry. We did observe a family with two children come in, seat themselves, wait a while for someone to come to their table. The family got up and left after not being greeted or served. While the food was good, the carrots served with my Wings looked very dry and had a white sort of film. I did not eat them. My husband and I discussed getting dessert, but the waitress dropped our check without even asking us if we wanted dessert. We waited for her to come back, but after about 10 minutes of waiting we decided to skip dessert as we had already been there for an hour and didn’t want to wait any longer. Here is the really sad part. We had bid on a $50.00 Jackson’s gift certificate at a fundraiser for a nonprofit organization. We put the certificate in for payment and after another long wait our sever came back and said she would have to check and see how to use the certificate. Once again, we waited for her to come back. When our server finally came back she said that the certificate would cover our meal, which was about $35.00 after tax. Our server said that it would not cover tip, and that any excess amount would be forfeited since this was actually a “ donation”. Funny, because when we bid on the item it was listed as a gift certificate. Nowhere on the certificate did it state good for up to $50.00, but stated this is good for $50.00. We left with a pretty bad taste in our mouth after that. The $50.00 donation was not made to us, it was made to the non-profit. Had we known this, we might have made a little more effort to order dessert. My guess is that Jackson’s will claim the full $50.00 as a deduction. We paid more than the face value for the certificate. We are glad the nonprofit to which we paid the money to benefits, but it seems shady that Jackson’s would not tell the nonprofit that the value of the certificate is not really the stated value of the certificate. Jackson’s made a $50.00 donation to the nonprofit in the form of the certificate, they should honor the whole $50.00. It is great that Jackson’s supports non-profits, but this seems to make them look good while not really giving what they intended.

I have been to Jacksons All American Sports Grill before this is my first time being at this specific location, and I was pretty disappointed. We, my date and I have ticket to a concert at Fiddlers green (an amphitheater) before the show we thought we would walk of the Jacksons for dinner. Being Saturday night, and being with in a 5 min walking distance to a major amphitheater during concert season one would think Jacksons would be a wise choice, it’s not. The place was overcrowded and under staffed. Knowing they were busy we thought we would keep it simple and ordered the Pepper jack sandwich/ burger and two ice tea’s, and split it between the two of us. It took them well over 45min to bring us our food on top the 35+ mins we had to wait. Then the fries we cold and we missed the opening act. If I had to make a selection of places to visit for dining within the area I would not go to Jacksons All American Sports Grill on a Friday and or Saturday they are majorly under staffed, and the restrooms were so bad my thought it be best to use the ones at Fiddlers Green an Amphitheater (a very uncharacteristic decision for her to make.) I am sorry to have to report to you, If I were to revisit them I would pick maybe lunch or an early dinner during the work week. I would most definitely not visit them if I have evening plans.

I dont enjoy giving low review and Im uncertain if it was just a bad day or if the service is like that every day but everything that could go wrong went wrong. The waitress was impolite and slobby in presentation and wasnt attentive to our order. I understand that its a sports bar but theres too much going on, all the screens have different channels and sports and the sounds just go over one another. The waitress was unclear and gave me attitude when I asked her to clarify some menu items. Also, the food selection is just like any other sports bar. The food was below average, it just didnt taste good however everything was like asked. When it came to paying, the waitress very impolitely told us to wait and took a very long time to bring us the check and to accept our payment.

WORST experience! Clearly the staff is either under-trained or puffed up with so much egocentricity that they don’t mind offending their customers. Especially the short guy with glasses who clearly feels some sense of empowerment (short man’s D?) by snatching pre-paid drinks from your table without a reasonable explanation or reasonable customer dialogue. HORRIBLE customer service! It’s too BAD this place seems more like a bad frat boy club rather than a welcoming bar. Or worse: a grade-B hotel bar. I rarely write reviews… and NEVER negative ones… so this is first for me which means that the two-dimensional, plastic, succubus-like experience was bad enough to post about. Save your money…

My company just recently moved into the area and we have been casing all the near by restaurants out for lunch, happy hour etc. I need to look no further!!! This place is great! The food was good...burger and sweet potato fries yum yum, service was a breath of fresh air! But...wait...what topped off our great experience today was a kind gesture from the management, apparently it was national random acts of kindness day (who knew) she approached our table upon leaving and gave us her card which said $10 off your tab. She then thanked us for coming in and told us to pay it forward. I WILL!!!! Thank you Jacksons for making my move to the neighborhood so much easier!!!!

Excellent food and service! The owners are always warm and welcoming. My family and I have been coming here since they opened and it is still hands down one of our favorite hang out spots. Drink specials are great and the sports bar atmosphere is fantastic. TVs everywhere you turn! The food is amazing to say the least. Some things to try...The spinach artichoke bread bowl is a perfect app to share (ask for veggies if you arent a chip person) and the buffalo chicken pizza is beyond comparison. ALL the wings are delicious and you can mix and match flavors if you want to be adventurous. Thanks for reading! Keep up the great work!

Sadly my waitress suggested a gluten free beer that was not in fact gluten free. When I called to inform the manager of this serious error, she argued that it was a miscommunication and I was served a cider and not a beer. This was definitely not the case, as there is a huge difference between the taste of a sugary angry orchard, vs a light ale. Thankfully I just have a sensitivity and not a severe allergy, but that level of carelessness could badly impact future customers health. I do not appreciate the managers argumentative attitude, when a sincere apology was in order. My group will not be attending this GwD location again.
