Being my favorite burger chain, Ill always rank it high, but recently the staff has gotten a bit careless. They forgot my order, and left the patty on the grill for at least 8 minutes while they chatted and joked around. Once they realized it was still sitting there (it was pretty slow at the time), they scooped it up and placed it on the waiting bun and toppings as if it was still good to go. It definitely wasnt.

I have a severe allergy (cant eat the buns), and in the past Ive eaten here successfully. Its the same drill every time - get a burger bowl, state I have an allergy, and presto - great, safe burgers and fries! Except for today. I went through the drill, ate my usual meal, but it must have gotten cross contaminated because I suffered an allergic reaction. Very disappointed, now Im too scared to come back.

Someone please remind me to stop going to this chain! I dont quite get a standard burger being two patties and with fries and a drink costing $16.00!!! Served in a bag as 100% self serve and the thing self destructs on first bite! Seems like a ripoff! Im happy to pay up for a gourmet burger but this is hardly that! They the US is the best service economy in the world. Im sure not seeing it here!

Easy to see from the street, but not obvious from the parking in the rear - head to the right of the mattress store. Newer employee didnt understand question about gluten, another guy missed putting fries in my meal, but senior guy knew the gf options immediately and caught the missing fries before I walked away from the counter. Meal was nicely put together and tasty.

Well I am always up for trying something new. The place is pretty laid back good people and really helpful. The real issue is the price for a bacon cheese burger a regular friends and drink will cost you around $15.00 thats way more than I was expecting to pay. I was thinking a long the lines of about $10.00. There was nothing that set it off for me..

I accidentally miss read their allergy menu online. Which I placed my order and informed the lady behind the counter of my allergy, they double checked their ingredients and informed me politely of my error. This place was very clean and friendly as well as very quick with preparing out food.

It is extremely overpriced for what one gets. The food is not bad and is ok, but its definitely not In and Out Burger . One wont regret eating here, but you will be surprised by the cost and will think to yourself that you couldve gotten more and tastier food somewhere else.

This place gets 5 stars because they serve peanuts - I think for free - I only tried taking one peanut and was not charged extra so that was nice. The place is heavily decorated with advertisements from magazines about the restaurant - so thats impressive I suppose.

Place is great I put this burger palace up against any one I mean any one In-N-Out, White Castle, Fat Burger, Freddys who ever... Price is a little high. Its easy to drop $40-$50 for a group of 3 but is well worth it. Just make sure your hungry.... Hahaa

Wheres the beef? It is at five guys! Where is the fries? A small often is a bag o fries. Live it. Never disappointed in the quantity and quality of food. I have traveled the US and never been disappointed in the service either.

Great burgers, and a great web/app experience too. We place our order online from home (and pay for it), and by the time we can get there less than 10 minutes later, the food is ready to go. Just give your name and head out!

Five guys burgers are the best youll get around outside a full sit down restaurant experience, and is better than many sit down places. Kinda pricey especially if you want a full burger, fries, and shake order, but worth it.

These are great thick burgers! You design what you want on your burger from a long list , and they sell large thick cut fries. They also have a few flavors of shakes, and hot dogs.
