Real food, many options, fast and modern. I was really happy to find this place on google and to see they have options for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free diets. When I cant cook at home, its nice to find a place like this that values farm-to-table, wholesome healthy food, minimal ingredients, and even provides calorie and macro nutrient info on the receipt! Other sit-down restaurants may offer some wholesome food, but I love the fast counter service for lunch or when on the run! That being said, I could only give 4* due to lack of a "whole wheat" bread and pizza dough option - which was quite surprising to me! Also the protein options were steak, pork, chicken and tofu. I would prefer a black bean or other option as well since some discourage tofu. (e.g, I had an Amazing sweet potato cauliflower-based burger recently at the nearby Pumphouse Brewery). Their menu also looks good for catering. I had 1/2 BBQ chicken pizza and it was a bit light but good and mashed sweet potatoes (with skins).

This has become one of my favorite places for an easy Sandwich and oddly enough Pizza. The ingredients are always fresh and tastes so much better than the other fast food places. The portions are also very good for the price usually leaving me with leftovers or enough for dinner if I stop in for lunch. Also being able to order food online and then going and picking it up makes it even better to help avoid the lunch rush which can get pretty chaotic. The inside is also always clean and welcoming and the staff is polite and friendly and usually can help recommend something new or if need be make something special when the time calls for it. I highly recommend stopping in if you want a change from the normal quick sandwich chains.

Ive been going here for awhile since they opened and have always held the place in high regard. I think this is one of the healthiest places to eat in longmont, and Ive eaten nearly every where in this town! I feel like the quality in the food is superior to most other healthy restaurants, with creative dishes to chose from. Over the years the quality in the food has slightly gone down. But that has not deterred me! Like I said this is one of the healthiest places in town to eat. .

I love Mod Market and go there 1-2 weekly...one thing I am not satisfied with is their inconsistency. I have ordered the wintergreen salad many, many times; recently there was no apples in one of the salads and then today they served feta cheese instead of goat cheese. Wishing they paid more attention to detail. What if they substituted the walnuts with a nut I was allergic to? Provide what you market to the consumer.

My meal last Friday,from Modern Market contained rancid vegetables. They were odd smelling when I got them and the next morning they smelled up the whole fridge. Removing all doubt as to their status as edible or not! This is my last time to try and eat here. We have received sub-par food in the past and I gave it one more time last week to no good end. Hopefully a new person will take over and rescue this place!

Food is good and decent value. Wish staff would be more careful about food sanitation. I regularly see one of the prep cooks bringing food to her mouth with food service gloves. I wrote the company about it but they never responded. I always leave if I see her there. Shame...really a good place to eat otherwise. Not many low fat options. Many entrees and sandwiches with 30+ grams of fat per serving.

easily the most delicious, hearty, filling, fresh salads Ive ever eaten. it would cost me more to get all the ingredients to make it myself, which would never compare! i love to get a glass of wine or a pop (on a weekday) while i wait, and take it back to work to eat at my leisure. I cant recommend the food, prices, staff enough. I would go to modmarket every day if i could afford it.

Our experience was one of greats... not bads... and why didnt we just make a better version at homes... The Rootbeer here is to die for crazy good! And now for the rest... The sandwiches were mediocre honestly couldve made better at home. The pickles were awful they were just not very good at all. All in all a satisfactory experience... but we shant be returning anytime soon.

Everything tasted like nothing and it was expensive. This is the second time Ive been here. Last time they misled me about carb counts. This time... Well.... I saw my dad put salt on his food. He NEVER adds salt to his food. I think it was an attempt to make this terribly plain food palatable. Youd be better off to cook at home. Even if you dont know how to cook. Yikes!

Recently discovered this place and every time I go, I try something new. The salads are crisp, fresh and put other salads around town to shame. I dont normally find balsamic vinaigrette to be palatable due to the vinegar being too strong, but theirs is creamy and tasty. All the salads just seem to work when you mix their flavors.

I really like the food here. Steak, bahn mi, etc were all tasty and fresh. Could tell proteins are of high quality. Only quibble is they occasionally falter w consistency. The bahn mi on monday had fresh basil when the same sandwich last fri had no basil. Big diff in flavor...basil please!

Pizza undercooked and cold. Cookies undercooked, mushed together in a plastic container. Managerment replies by blaming delivery. I didnt know delivery staff are responsible for kitchen work? Better to call the customer and state what you ordered is not available in house. Never ordering again.

I asked "arent there supposed to be greens" and they said "no, its a rice bowl". Employees need to check the image of the menu item on the site. There is a lot more fresh cilantro in the menu picture than there is on my plate. Looks a lot less appetizing in real life if you ask me.

This is an awesome place to get a quick healthy meal. I really enjoyed that they put the nutritional info of what you order on the receipt so you know exactly what you were eating. The food tastes great, and there are a lot of options that are very healthy.

We love the food! Great value and fresh food. I have to admit though, the last two times that we visited on a Sunday morning, my potatoes were cold. I am going to give them another chance though. Hoping they will be fresh and hot this morning!

Solid fast casual place that is family friendly. They have a good kids menu with big portions. Love the soda selection. Cant go wrong with the salads. The Thai coconut is my fav. Easy to get to by bike from the trail.

okay, so everything is good and healthy, but, the people are great. I eat here 1 or 2 times a week. I also left my iPhone there and it was rescued thank God by the nice people that know how to prepare great food.

Great food and the customer service is great. Very sweet cashier, but didnt wash his hands after handling cash and going to help prep salads without gloves. Did this several times during my visit.
