If I could give this ZERO stars I would. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WE HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!!!! My gf and I went to get food after both working 12 hour shifts, and decided to get Panda. We ordered our food, paid, when we got the bag everything was crammed into one tiny bag, then they tried to shut the window without asking if I wanted any sauce. I then politely asked for soy sauce and spicy mustard. I was handed a small hand full of chili sauce. Whatever not a big deal, kind of annoying, but fine. I had to park, go inside, then get the sauce I wanted, WITH NO HELP. We then drive home. We did not receive almost half of our order, along with no sauce on my chicken. So we had to drive ALL THE WAY BACK and waste our time and money, for what? Oh they offered to REMAKE OUR FOOD OR GIVE US A REFUND!!! That was the offer from the MANAGER! I am a general manager myself of a retail establishment, and I can tell you this is NOT how customers should be treated and if they were MY employees this first of all wouldve never happened, but if it did wouldve been taken care of accordingly with a refund and a free meal. If you see this establishment, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!!!!

I have really only come here at night within an hour or two of them closing. The food is what you would expect from Panda Express; not authentic Chinese but still pretty good. They seem to give priority service to drive thru customers so if you come in the dining room, expect a bit of a wait. For entertainment, you can watch them make numerous plates for the drive thru customers. Any time I have come here, the selection was cut to about half. In other words they ran out of stuff and wouldnt really make more unless requested and then it would be a 5-10 minute wait. Some of the stuff they would still have out would be all old and dried up looking with barely enough to make one serving. Ill have to visit during peak rush times to see if there is any improvement.

The employees gave me HALF an order of their chow mein out one big piece of orange chicken in it so it looked full, dried up beijing beef and THREE pieces of meat the rest of it was filled with JUST mushrooms in the Shanghai Angus beef. On top of that I asked for hot sauce AND soy sauce got neither of those I also am not happy about the fact that 39 minutes before closing they refused to make one item because they washed the pan already. So my review and recommendation is DO NOT go here!!!

Cashier was rude about getting the teriyaki sauce that she forgot. Really didnt like the fact I got burnt teriyaki chicken and dried ragoons. Forgot my side dish. To top it off, she charged me for the people in backs food, as well as my own. I have numerous visits here that were unpleasant. And I usually just brush it off and say maybe they are just having a bad day. But yeah this was the tip of the iceberg. Highly recommend not eating here!!!

Every time I have gone to this location I have had a horrible experience, but this last one took the cake. Ive never ever had sauce on chow mein, it was disgusting!!! They also charged me $1.25 extra for the honey walnut shrimp, which no panda location has ever done before, and then gave me like 5 pieces. I got a bowl and it was half full so what exactly did I pay for? I will never ever go to this location again you can count on that!!!!

This Panda Express is generally pretty good, food is fine, staff is friendly enough and service is quick. Can be inconsistent though, sometimes the food is very good, sometimes it can be almost inedible. Better to dine in so you can have quality issues addressed immediately rather than getting home to find you visited on a bad day

Emilie (sorry if I miss spelled your name) is simply the friendliest, polite full, energetic, young woman working here! She was all smiles the whole time while we were here getting our food. More young people could learn a thing or two from her and how she treats the customer. Thank you Emilie. Oh the food is amazing too! :)

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! First time visiting This Longmont location asked for A bowl of Orange chicken and Steamed rice in drive thru and Got ONLY 5 PIECES OF ORANGE CHICKEN!!! The lady in drive thru was completely Rude to me and will definitely not be back their!

We visit this location often we go in and order to go because we normally have to have them make it fresh. If you are in a hurry this is not the location to go to. But if you come in they will make fresh food for you. We have not had bad service.
