I came into the store at 9:20 and the staff informed me that because they closed at 10 they would not be making anymore rice, noodles or eggrolls. So for 40 minutes they would be open and turning customers away. This is the laziest group of restaurant workers that I have ever come across. I work at a restaurant as well and we make sure to have every item available on the menu up until the moment we close because the customer experience is what makes a restaurant. I will never return to this shop again because of this experience and hopefully management will see this and make necessary changes to make sure that no other customer experiences what I and several other customers did tonight.

The food is consistently hot and delicious. But the lack of consistent portion sizes has me questioning if I should find some other place to frequent. On one visit, the size of the chow mein I received was about the equivalent of a small french fry from McDonalds or a side of beans from Taco Bell. And this was well after their dinner rush...meaning they had plenty to dish out. The next time I went in, the chow mein portion was equal to the size of a large AND a small fry from McDs! Also, not sure if anyone else has noticed, but the size of the takeout containers have gotten shallower and dont hold nearly as much food.

They only was the trays in the morning. After people get food on them and dump them they place them on the trash can tray holder. The workers come and only use a rag to wipe them down and then put them back on the shelf for the next customer to use. I asked if they were supposed to wash the trays n the girl said they wipe them down and only wash them once a day in the morning. Dont eat food off the trays or just dont go there. Nasty

Its hit or miss here. Sometimes you get there and everything is fresh and delicious. Other times you can tell stuff has been sitting out for a while. Case in point - the mixed veggies were all shriveled up when we arrived at 630 pm this week. The store is often pretty dirty (stuff on the floors, tables not cleaned). Maybe expecting too much for fast food....

I go in and all 6 employees are seating around, which I thought at first maybe theyre slow, whatever but I get near the food and literally there is NO food ready I had to wait for an additional 5-10 mins because everyone was just hanging out, not only that but the employee "Liyao L" was rude as if they didnt want us there...

If I could give it a 0 Star rating I would! Over priced Food was nasty customer service was horrible and to top it off the tables were sticky. Most doller scoop places have better food than Panda Express very disappointed with the whole experience!!

The quality of their n food is very good and always fresh. Service there varies either really fast or when it gets busy its expected to wait a few more min then usual. Overall great place to eat with the family
