The staff was busy and the girls in the kitchen were encouraging each other which was great to see however as I was standing waiting for my to go order I watched the blonde in the kitchen wipe her running nose 8 times with her hand, wrist and fore arm, it was disgusting. I let an employee know that it needed to be addressed and asked for a refund. I am not a fan of snot in my food. The young lady gave me my refund and said she would talk to the associate and while she was refunding me my money the blonde did the same thing 3 more times while cooking and prepping orders. I alerted the associate in front of me and again she said she would talk to her. Did she I dont know but as I walked out no one addressed her they kept on working.

My husband picked up some Mac n Cheese for me here last night. It was almost $17, because I asked to have Parmesan encrusted chicken and four veggies added. They actually left out the chicken (which he paid for, and is printed on the ticket attached to the bag) and they really skimped on the veggies too! How could the preparer NOT notice that there was no chicken on top when checking the order??? Im going back there today, try to talk to a manager, and hopefully get a free replacement "good will, sorry about that" for what was a very disappointing meal.

I love Noodles & Company! I have to say that I go to this location very often. I ordered my favorite dish and took it back to the office. When I opened it up it was pretty dry even though I ordered extra sauce. I called to let them know I was not happy. Liz was very friendly and told me she would replace my order, and thats what she did. Thats Customer Service!! Not only is the food delicious but the staff at this location is awesome!

Its not like Im expecting a five star dining experience at Noodles and Company. That being said, Im also not expecting a filthy dirty restaurant (on a Thursday night that isnt busy nonetheless) or for them to consistently mess up multiple aspects of our order and for us to receive cold food. We have come a couple times because its convenient, but we are going to stop. It is horribly managed.

Still the worst and slowest Noodles location in the metro area. I made the mistake of going back after a good 6 months hiatus to give them one more chance. At 8:30pm on a Saturday, I was the only person there; it still took a long time to get my single simple order, and when I did finally get it, it was wrong. On a positive note, it was at least hot this time which is an improvement.

I usually get Japanese pan noodles because other n+c stores have pointed that out as the only vegan option. Today I asked the employees at this location what other vegan options were availble and they assured me that they could basically take out anything for me and they would do their best to alter any menu item for me. It was very pleasent to feel so supported.

I love Noodles and Co, but I got food poisoning at this location. I wasnt going to write a review but when I called to talk to a manager about it (simply wanting to prevent further cases), I was told I would get a call back and never did. Therefore, my experience was poor on on levels and I would recommend for others to go elsewhere.

I was so grateful to the employee who brought my food outside to me and my crying daughter. My daughter had just had some major dental work done and she was still hurting but all she wanted was mac n cheese from Noodles & Company. Thanks for noticing our situation and bringing us our food on the house.

Probably the worst service we have ever received at a noodles location. The tables are dirty, the employees are rude. Almost all of the drink choices need to be refilled and it took almost 30 mins for us to receive our food. Very disappointed in this location.

Cliff at this store is wonderful!! He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service for our team lunch today. Big kudos to him for making a deeply positive, lasting impression. I think the food tasted even better just because he was so great. :)

Just dropped $18 for takeout dinner for two. Pretty bummed to find zero sauce on my Pad Thai when I got home. Good thing I have some fish sauce and sriracha to remedy this unfortunate situation. Will post a new rating if my next experience is better.

Seriously?, the cashier looks like a frikin vampire. White face makeup, piercings all over her face and black leather boots?, this is noodles and company right?, not a Halloween store. Oh and the food, it sucked as well.

The food was s*** and came out slow. Noodles under cooked. I ordered pad thai, and what I got was practically buttered noodles. I get this all the time at other locations, so I know what it should be like.

Ive been to a lot of Noodles restaurants and this one has by far the worst customer service! Food is still average but the employees act like they hate being there. Only come here if its convenient.
