Today I had the grand experience of turning my ankle & falling in the pkg lot with an audience I might add upon entering Five Guys for lunch. (Yes, that was me... lol) I asked for a couple of bandaids & the staff were awesomely polite & supplied me with not only bandaids, but ointment & antibacterial wipes as well... once sitting down for lunch the staff were on the ball & customer service A++... the burger was wonderful... my personal opinion, the fries should be cooked more & use less per serving... but will definitely go back...

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger (almost $9.00 without fries or drink) and we ordered cajun fries as well. Fries werent that hot, burger wasnt juicy, they forgot one of my 5 toppings, bun fell apart on 2nd bite. Disappointing. Also, they need more bathroms. I had to wait 40 minutes to wash my hands before I ate. Over priced and not worth $17 for a burger and fries without a drink.

While not on the cheap side, the food is of great quality, the atmosphere is clean and friendly, the staff is welcoming and professional. All that makes a visit a very enjoyable experience. They only have burgers, hot dogs and fries, but you can order them with several toppings of choice and the taste never disappoints. They do take pride on their finished work.

I dont see what was so great...the burgers were ok...the fries were disgusting tho...I guess if u give anybody a lot of something they will go crazy and think its the best thing in the world...but yea, it wasnt all that great. 2 burgers 1 fri and 1 drink cost me 20 bucks...the workers were really nice tho

Ive had a taste of a burger i just cant get out so we stopped by to give these guys a try. Although the burgers were high quality(bit pricey) and everything was great, after we left i realized i was still craving a burger. I dont even know if i will find it lol but i will keep on trying .

Amazing! The potatoes are so fresh, they display them in the restaurant. The burgers are so tasty, it makes me long for the days when I could do justice to them. The toppings are plentiful and first rate. This is what they mean when they say "Real Food!"

Great burgers, great fries. If only they served milkshakes, I would be there every day. Dont bother with the large fries unless you are insanely hungry... The regular size is more than enough. :)

The food is not that great. They try to be like in and out. The food is greasy, and they just throw the fries in the bag... It is too expensive for a food not all that... Will never go back again

i had to dig my burgers n hot dogs from the fries where usally i dig for fries from the bugers i was more than overwhelm with fries never the large order unless you want left overs of papas

Great, juicy and messy burger, just like we like them except maybe the buns could be bigger. Love the serving of the fries also, enough for two or three adults.
