The service was terrible. We were seated and ordered our drinks and then waited another 20 minutes before anyone showed up to take our order. Keep in mind, there was only one other table seated at this time. 2 other tables were seated, ordered and served before we had our order taken. One table even got their bill before we ordered and they got there way after us. When we finally ordered and received our food, they messed up 3 plates and completely left off half of a dish. During our entire meal, no one checked on us or asked if we needed anything. I actually had to go search the restaurant for a server to come to our table and get us things we need. No refills were given either. Seriously poor service. I even overheard the table next to us wanting a manager because their service was terrible too. Thankfully, the manager apologized and comped our meal, but that doesnt really make up for the horrible service.

I only give this dump 1 star because I have to. Or else it would be negative 5 stars. Worst place to eat in Brighton! The general manager does not know how to run the place. Food is undercooked and or cold, dishes are dirty like they have not been washed, bathroom is always nasty. They constantly run out of stuff like strawberries for example. I have watched employees come back from king soopers with grocery bags full of frozen strawberries/etc. I also know for a fact that Sharon Johnson the GM, makes the employees do customer surveys to make the franchise look better to the corporate offices, and If they fail to do so the employees lose their hours. I have heard Sharon yell and belittle her staff in front of costumers. I will be contacting the corporate office. This place is a prime example of how not to run a breakfast establishment.

I cant even describe my real disgust over the lunch we had. I dont know why I give places another shot after being disappointed years prior. My wife wanted some crepes, so my Daughter and I dropped by to eat there so we could get her some crepes to go. Huge mistake... hashbrowns under cooked, large milk was small... the toast that was finally delivered to me was cold, and there was no butter on it. But what really took the cake, the "Manager". He was working the register, and asked how everything was. If youre going to ask, then either prepare for the response or dont ask. I replied, "Horrible!". Crickets! As we were walking out, he made a loud snide remark to his wait staff, which I couldnt care less about... you wont catch me there again.

Not sure where the "international" comes into play, but the pancakes instantly take me back to a simpler time as a child. As soon as they enter my face hole, I am transported to my grammys kitchen. The warm, fluffy, buttery goodness overwhelms my taste buds with pure pleasure. I feel like Ive been wrapped up in a warm hug, and I never want it to end. Their syrup will make you think youre in the forests of Maine, suckling the maple sap right from the trees. Their eggs, silky smooth and to die for. Head to you local IHOP right now! Then strap yourself in for a pleasure filled odyssey that will leave you in a state of pure pancake bliss!

Service was an abomination, I was promised my food to be ready in 20-30 minutes, I didnt receive it until an hour later. The food was also burnt on one side and under cooked on the other. (It was me and three friends) two of them ordered a bacon sandwich one ordered an appetizer sample and I ordered a five stack of buttermilk pancakes. It also took an hour for us to be seated. Three groups of people who arrived after us and were twice as big of groups were served before us. Also the waiter was rude and often talked about closing in the middle of the day. All we received was a 10% discount to boot. Im never eating there again!

Im leaving 2 stars because of waitresses. It took them a while to take our order, and they never asked if we wanted refills. My husband and I ended up having to share a water bottle that I had inside my diaper bag. And then we sat in the booth where behind you they wrap the silverware. The whole entire time we heard our waitress bicker with the girls wrapping silverware. They kept gossiping and it was just unbearable, I was tempted to just get up and leave. The rest of the people seemed nice, and the food was good. But the fact that they were too busy disagreeing with each other was the problem.

This doesnt even deserve a star. My Fiancé accidentally spilt his drink when we were getting ready to leave. He used his HANDS to clean up the ice and everything because no one seemed to car. I was already irritated at this point, when I accidentally left my phone at the table and one of your servers comes up to me and has the nerve to say "this isnt kids r us" I dont know what type of servers you are training but this is unacceptable in my eyes. I dont care if you have had a bad morning but you do not treat a customer with disrespect like that.

Very friendly staff. I walked in with my backpack on to study alone, I was greeted and taken to a seat without asking if Im waiting for someone else. That seems like they are observant. The were very attentive to me even though Im just one person, also very fast. They werent too busy for lunch time either. Their food was much better than I thought it would be for an IHOP too. I went back with family for breakfast and got the same fast and courteous service. They were much busier for breakfast, but still on top of it and appropriately staffed.

Ive eaten at this particular IHOP twice. Our food arrived overcooked and cold and it took 45 minutes to get our food. We couldnt get water or coffee refills, other customers sitting around us were sharing ketchup and mustard because we couldnt get anybody to bring us some and when I talked to the manager the response I got was an eye roll. It was so bad I actually wrote a letter to their corporate headquarters and Im not the kind to easily complain. I can see one bad experience at a restaurant but two of them back-to-back. Go somewhere else

Do not order anything but breakfast here. My daughter who loves cheeseburgers took one bite and couldnt eat it. I ordered the pot roast, for the love of all that it good dont order it, it came looking gross, people at the table even said so, I said Im going to eat it anyways, I tried to cut through the fat and grizzle I took one bite. I couldnt swallow it it ended up in my napkin. Manager was nice took meals off check. My stomach still hurts writing this review about the food. Breakfast only, even with burt hashbrowns.

Rude staff, forgot to write our name down after waiting 20 minutes for a seat on my fathers birthday, and then when the manager comers over to hopefully alleviate the situation, she ends up laughing at us! Made us feel totally unwelcome. Went to Village Inn and had a wonderful experience. Dont go to this IHOP! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!
