I come here every Sunday to grab breakfast burritos,and sometimes they might get it right. Today,the super sonic breakfast burrito and ultimate meat and cheese burrito did not have tater tots in the burritos like its suppose to. It seems like it is always something each time I go there. On top of not adding the tater tots,they didnt have any salsa,they said not till Tuesday? Its Sunday,not till Tuesday,cmon....this store in my opinion is poorly managed,and doesnt care about detail or customer satisfaction. They need to review there business practices and educate management to manage their workers to be proficient work proficient the products they sell. Sorry,but,like I said,I come here often and most of the time Im disappointed with my purchase.

Im sorry, i try not to say bad stuff about places but this is the last time. The kid opens the window and basically throws the food at me without so much as a word, i wait and he finally opens the window so i ask "is that everything?" He says yes and closes his wi dow in a hurry again. I get home and my meal was supposed to have texas toast not a soggy floppy piece of bread. My meal was supposed to have onion rings and there in the box lay 1 sad lonely onion ring.... the chicken strips were okay (for bowling alley food) and my husbands coney dog just ended up in the trash. If you want a slush then sure go to sonic but they should NOT serve food.

Very nasty customer service, drive through attendant didnt listen to whole order, missing food when i got home and opened the bag, then when i called to ask about the missing food the manager was being a complete jerk about everything. I will never return to this sonic again!!!!! Update: went back to get missing food and food that was not "heard"(ignored) the first time and popcorn chicken tastes old like its been sitting for a week!

We waited 40 mins for food to even come out. We were so irritated we took the food to go. When we got home there was so many mistakes. No toys for the happy meals, one shake was a vanilla bean and instead we got a cheesecake shake, and no tots for one meal. All the food was completely cold and he fries were gross... I tried to call 3x and got hung up on each time. Beyond irritated at this point.

Terrible, waste of money, had to repeat my order several times then had to repeat and correct everything at the window. Got home to cold food, a big wooden stick in the chili cheese fries, foot long dogs were two regular size dogs in a foot long bun. Worst experience ever only reason it got one star is because they will not let you give it negative numbers or zero.

Probably the worst sonic Ive ever been to literally the past 3-4 times I go they say there closed even though according to online and where they have it posted they should open for another 2 hours and then when they are open order is wrong every time on at least 1 thing, I would rather drive anywhere to a different sonic then ever go to this one in town

Super terrible. Went on my lunch break and they made my food wrong so I had to go back up there to try and get a refund, but they dont do that? Who doesnt give a refund? Basically stole my money and were super unapologetic. Dont eat here, waste of time and definitely a waste of money. Manager was super rude as well, hopefully the place closes

The parking lot and the order stalls are well kept the servers are very nice and the food comes out to you hot. The drinks show who ever makes the shows pride in there job . the only down side to it all is the sodas are pricey but if you want some one too bring you a gallon of soda wile you sit on your ass that is the price you pay

Used to be good. Staff cant handle a lunch rush. Watched between half and 2/3 of customers get frustrated and drive off without being served. Staff inside are working hard. 2 employees said they no longer give drink refills pet new mgmt. Im not coming back. Long waits. Horrible service. Dirty dining area.

Horrible service, waited like 20 minutes in line June 27 2016 at 10 pm. Order a number 4, got a number 5 instead. Also order Chilli fries light on chilli more cheese, got extra chilli and no cheese. They dont listen, entire crew needs to be replaced.

The food was terrible. Cold mozarella sticks, grilled cheese was not grilled at all and bread was soggy, french fries were cold soggy and stale and I was given the wrong drink. Seems like their food just keeps getting worse.

Lousy service and even louser food. We ordered chicken strip baskets and we got no gravy and the Texas Toast was just a slice of untoasted bread. The onion rings were also burnt to a crisp. DONT GO THERE.
