I have been coming to this Sonic since it opened. Ive lost track of how many years that is, but it has been a long time. I often get a route 44 iced tea. Until today, it has always come with lemon. I have never asked for the lemons in all the years I have been a customer here. Today, I ordered my iced tea and there were no lemons in it, so I asked for lemons. The manager told me that it doesnt come with lemons, and shell have to charge me for the lemons. I said it has never been that way before, and she told me it has always been that way. No. It hasnt. If youre going to start charging for something you have never charged for before, exercise some good customer service and put up a notice to that effect. I dont mind paying for the lemons, but I do mind someone telling me I dont know what Im talking about when I do. She hasnt worked at that Sonic for long. I have been a customer at it for years. Contradicting me on my past experiences there was the same as calling me stupid or a liar. Neither of those sat well with me. She did give me the lemons, but Im still not happy with that visit. I paid over 6 dollars for an iced tea and bag of ice, so six bucks for a tea bag and a bag of frozen water. And theyre going to freak out over some lemon? They had a pretty large profit already. Im not sure if I will return to this Sonic. There is another one on 8th Street that will probably get my business now. Its not quite as convenient, but the distance from my home is about the same. Is it really worth losing a long-time customer over a few slices of lemon?

Almost every time I go here something on my order is messed up or the service is horrible. Im not one to complain but the mess ups they have made call for it to be brought to attention. They used to give me free drink coins for their mistakes but one day stopped doing that and now have no discount for them failing at their jobs. If I can make it to another Sonic, I always choose to drive the extra distance.

I stopped at this location today for lunch and noticed a decrepit RV in their parking lot, with questionable activity happening around it. When I asked what was going on I was told "I dont know, but it used to be a methamphetamine lab." REALLY!?! People take their children to eat ice there! BEWARE!!!

Every single time we go thru the drive-thru the person taking the order is always RUDE and in a HURRY! I barely start to place my order and theyre already asking me "is that it?!" I go through the same song and dance 5 times as I always order 5 shakes! "is that it?!" X 5 - its so ANNOYING!

I used to love going to this sonic, but I think it is ridiculous that they charged me 50 cents for water, and didnt tell me. I was wondering why the tax seemed so high, until I looked at my receipt and noticed the charge. For 50 cents more I could have enjoyed a small soda.

Ice cream always come out runny. And my meal is messed up 80% of the time. But its affordable food. I love their everyday deals menu and their cherry limeade is bomb af. I also always keep an eye for their 50 cent corn dogs deals also its dope.

Very poor customer service from the carhop. Didnt read our order to us, just handed it through the window saying "here." They also forgot our drink and the fries tasted like they had been sitting out for an hour. The burgers were mediocre.

Worst food ever the hot dog looked and tasted like a month old roller dog from the gas station the oil was old witch made the tater tots taste old and nasty and I waited 15 minutes for all of this

Its a Sonic. Who hasnt been to a Sonic? Employees here do not where uniforms and they didnt put a cherry in my cherry limeade. Other than that exactly what one would expect from a Sonic.

Whoever is cooking in here truly cares about quality. I had a burger that Im normally not a fan of but that all changed when it was actually made right. Very nice service at this one!
