I used to live in Longmont, and the food at the Del Taco there was real good. I live close to Brighton now, and had a craving for Mex, so I went to this one to get a burrito and a few tacos. Big mistake! The tacos sucked; they had about half of the amount of meat and veggie that they should have had, and just tasted bad. The burrito was mediocre too. Also, I had to wait in line about 3 minutes longer than I should have because the kid behind the counter was taking his time with yapping with his friends, who were taking the longest time paying for their order. This has to be the worst Del Taco around.

Either the hours on here are wrong, they ran out of food, or staff was trying to get out early. This says they are open till midnight, but when I went there they were closed by 9:30 on a Friday night. Staff was sweeping and mopping inside and had all their lights on like they were open, but had a silver Pontiac (1 of only 2 cars in entire parking lot) parked sideways blocking the drive-thru.

Edit: they continually forget and give out the wrong food. Overall their food is good but every time I go they seem to forget something I ordered so it either doesnt end up on my receipt at all or doesnt end up in my bag despite them "confirming" my order. As someone who works in fast food Im not sure how said item ends up going missing from the tab.

If you are going to have hours posted online and on your window please ensure that your staff holds up to them. It is poor customer service to have all the lights off and see you just standing inside of the building an hour before you close. Besides that inconsistency Ive never had any problems with this location. Hopefully it gets resolved.

On a recent visit I stopped in for a Double Del® Cheeseburger combo and a Carne Asada Street Taco. I was not disappointed. Big chunks of avacado in the Street Taco. I love the fries and the Del Taco sauce (in packets). Good times.

Good tacos for a little bit of money. Decent fast food. Service at this location has good days and bad days. Food quality is usually the same, it is cheap fast food, but better that similar fast food places.

The guy that took are order was great. Friendly and accurate. Our order was correct even though the preparers seemed to be messing up most of the time. Food was good. Taco Tuesday is awesome!

Most Del Tacos suck. This one, for some crazy reason, is terrific. Their menu covers a spectrum -- more Mexi-American that Mexican. Very, very well run location.
