Not a good experience I had waited for the food I ordered and the lady that was at the cash register said oh you only had two cheese cakes and i said no i ordered more food.Then she left and came back with the tacos i ordered and one of my fries then said the rest was on its way she came back with a second bag of tacos and i pulled away not knowing it was more tacos but right before i left i checked the bag the sandwich and fry i ordered was not in the bag. I was very dispointed because i wanted what i ordered so then i went back a second time let her know she gave me more tacos instead of my sandwich/hamburger and she said pull up to the second window i did i handed her the second bag of tacos and she handed me a bag with a sandwich and no fry so i said hey there is no fry in here and she said it should be in there and I said its not anyways the point is just get the order right the first time. So you dont waste my time or yours.

The few times ive been here, my order has been incorrect, inwhich ive been cool with because its "Jack nBox". But this mornings encounter was absolutely horrible. Not only was my order incorrect, when i asked if they could fix it, i was given attitude. At that point, i requested a refund for the sandwhich. My daughter had already started eating hers, but i was told i had to return the whole. All i wanted was my money back for my specific sandwhich. After waiting 5 minutes i was asked for my receipt, but i asked if i could keep it, i was going to report them to corporate and i was told "no". Finally after a mild exchange, the employee agreed to allow me to take a photo of it. Not all the people there are unpleasant, i hope my experience is an isolated occurance, but i likely wont be back any time in the near future.

We stop here for lunch on our way to childrens hospital quite often. The last two times I have been here the restraunt was very dirty. All the condiments were out, I had to ask twice just for napkins. The bathrooms were disgusting. All the employees were standing around talking and laughing. While people are waiting for their food. Ill find a different place to eat from now on. Makes me sad. I loved this place..............well its been a few months since I posted that......this visit was so pleasant. Food was great. Service was excellent. Place was clean. Way to step up Jack in the box!

Staff is very unfriendly. I get it. Its a fast food joint but you are getting paid and Im pretty sure good customer service is in the job description. Buns were burnt and barely any guac on our chicken sandwiches. I heard one of the workers tell another that the tray was for the old man. Yikes. Rude. Two men came in and appeared to be general managers or at least higher ranking and they didnt seem concerned with employee attitudes but did proceed to chat. Not an awesome visit unfortunately.

The staff is nice and that is the one positive for this establishment. They were apologizing to every customer in our approximate 30 minutes of us being there for their continuous mistakes. "Sorry about that, sorry about that, sorry about that!" If they had been slammed busy Id understand a few mistakes but for 10 or so customers in 30 minutes.... Stop worrying and talking about what youre doing afterwork and focus on being at work and you wont have to apologize so much.

Amongst Jack in the box this is about average, at best. Took 10 minutes to take my order, messed up over half of a 4 item order, and took forever to get in a place with literally 1 other customer but fully staffed. However, the food was better prepared than average and it is hands down the cleanest JinB i have ever been in and i have literally been in every one in the state (this was the last one on my list for the state due to work-related travel)

If you come after 230am youre not likely going to recieve a soda. Why because they claim they clean their soda machines for sometimes up to an hour. The last time this happened I told Id wait. Guess what they? They magically produced a soda from lounge drink dispenser. So my question is this....why dont they do that when they have to clean 1? In my opinion theyre lazy and rude. Ive dealt with both first hand. If you can, find sonewhere else to eat.

This place was nasty. No one cared about cleaning. They took 20 minute for a simple teriyaki bowl and grilled cheese sandwich and they managed to mess that up also as you could see in the pics. They had a team leader running the place which didnt look older than 20. None of the crew members looked like they knew what they were doing, taking orders out to wrong customers, team leader had no enthusiasm and moved at a slow pace as orders kept piling up

The owners should be embarrassed! A filthy and poorly run restaurant. The floor in the dining room is sticky and filthy. There was food all over the kitchen floor. Nothing was stocked in the dining room, napkins etc. The soda dispenser was broken and only half of the selection was available. The food took about 15 minutes to come to the table and it was cold. The Health Department really needs to look into this place.

Went through the drive thru no one in front of me took 10 min to get food and while I was waiting I watched them take a trash can dump it into another without gloves and the lady that did this the bagged my food. Ick! I didnt take the food and asked for my money back she got an attitude and would not provide me a receipt. Checked my bank account and they did not refund my money. I will never return here!

The place is a joke, I literally waited for 25 minutes in the drive-through yesterday. Not exaggerating on the time either and there were 2 other people in front of me. "Why would you wait in line for 25 minutes?" you might ask, well thats because there is a cement median/bank keeping you trapped in the drive-thru. Do not go here, Its a bunch of kids who dont know what the hell theyre doing.

They messed up and shorted me on my churros, I am understanding that mistakes happen! When I called they were quick to apologize and make sure I was happy; when I went to pick up the rest of my order they provided me with extra dessert, apologized again, and proved to me that they care about customer service!

Lobby closed long before the marked closure time. This seems to be the latest trend for fast food restaurants and I noticed that its the younger people who work for them. What? Too lazy to do the job they were hired to do? This is bad for business & these fast food restaurant companies need to take notice!

This used to be one of the better jack in the boxes. Now....not so much. The lackadaisical, "hate my job", employees are infesting this place as workers and I cant imagine this will be good for business going forward. Bring back the all stars who made this place a great experience!
