El peor lugar para ir 40 minutos de espera y la pizza aun no estaba y para colmo la la gerente que dijo llamarce Erica una boca sucia. Le pregunte el por q se tardan tanto y le informo q la persona que me tomo la orden me dijo q hiban a ser 15 minutos y me responde que ella no estaba cosinando le digo que no sea malcriada y me responde con que llame y me queje y que a ella le importa verga ....en PR sales por el pelo del counter servicio al cliente es una basura...los demas clientes pidieron su dinero no puedo creer que en Estados Unidos y una cadena america permita ese trato a los clientes y luego de una mexicana a personas de aqui.... No soy racista para nada pero si vienen aca hagan un buen trato recuerden q hay lineas para quejarce

First off, the girl who took our order seemed annoyed that she had to input our information into the system and actually tried to deter the order by telling me how long it would take. Not exactly what I would imagine the Pizza Hut headquarters is looking for, but we proceeded anyway. We order one pepperoni with cheesy bite crust, one thin crust supreme, and some cheese sticks and the total came to... wait for it... $36. Are you kidding me? I should have cancelled the order then but we were hungry and I didnt want to start from scratch. Come to find out the large thing crust supreme was $15+ and there was a "convenience fee" of $2.50 (that doesnt even go to the driver). Can you say: OVER PRICED? I think that was the first and last order to our local Pizza Hut. P.S. The pizza was pretty decent, but at that price it would have needed to be fantastic for me to not feel like I got ripped off. Pizza Hut, there is too much competition for you to charge what you are charging. Wake up! People will just go elsewhere (which is exactly what we will do next time).

I ordered pizza and wings with extra sauce (that i was more than willing to pay .60 cents of). The girl that took my order was very sweet and said that she wouldnt charge me for the extra sauce. I told her thank you and i never received the sauce. When i called the manager Prince pretty much told me it was my problem that his employee made a mistake and refused to deliver my sauce. Let alone the pizza was the worst pizza i ever ordered. It looked like someone just threw it together and dumped it in the box. Not to mention two items advertised ... bacon stuffed crust and grilled cheese stuffed crust we not available to order. What a disappointment!!! I should have ordered papa johns. I will be calling the GM tomorrow morning in regards to the horrible customer service i received. Thanks for ruining my anniversary night with my family!

I called in an order and when it was delivered to my house it wasnt complete, after I noticed that I had my 3 large pizzas and not my wings I called to see if I could get them delivered. The girl on the phone told me that it was their system that was messing up then put me on hold, however she didnt pick up anymore and the call hung up. I then called back and another girl answered and she told me the only thing she could do was discount the wings and have then delivered in the next 15-20 minutes so I agreed. After an hour I called back to see if they were going to come and she was very rude. She misunderstood that she was suppose to deliver, this Pizza Hut is unwilling to work with you, very rude. To the worst customer service Ive ever seen. DONT come here .

This place is terrible. After trouble online trying to process my order, I decided to call the store. My mistake. The worker who answered was rude and short with me. After making it OBVIOUS there was quite a wait for delivery, i still choose to wait. She then told me i was "out of their bounds" for delivery.... 1.6 miles away. I called her bluff and she "realized" i wasnt out of bounds and took my order. I thought the bad part was over, until i recieved my food and opened my box of honey bbq wings to find almost completely naked wings, sitting in a pool of bbq. This place needs to make some serious changes across the board, OBVIOUSLY!

Wow this place is the worst. Placed an order with the manager to be delivered at 2, got here at 125. Then the driver trys his very best (rude) to get me to just buy it then, i said no. So he said hell bring it back at 230 or so... lmao, then the manager James calls me and tells me delivery time got moved up so my order made it early, then said hell have it back out to me in 45 to an hour, so around 230 lol... no i dont want pizza that was made hours ago, and i dont like feeling like i did something wrong when they messed up.. DONT GO HERE, YOULL BE DISAPPOINTED...

This place is getting one star because I have had very bad experiences with this location multiple times. They have been late over two hours and I have to call to find out where the driver is. He never showed! Fine, Ill do carry out so I dont have to wonder if there driver is capable of finding my apartment across the red light. What was I thinking? They put the wrong peppers on my pizza so I have to wait twice as long for what Ive already waited once for. No type of compensation for their mistake! PLEASE shop at a different hut. There are so many better alternatives.

We got our order it was on time but we got a 2 litter of mountain dew when we clearly ordered 2 -16oz Pepsi and 2 -16oz orange crush. We called and the person said "its hard to refund but we can deliver the proper soda to you instead." We agreed but now they are closed(11:05pm on a Thursday) and havent received what they said would be sent out. My husband called(@ 10:50pm) but they would answer just to hang up the phone. Needless to say, tomorrow we will get the refund!! Poor service for such a mediocre pizza place that only survives due to the convenience factor.

It took over two hours for my pizza to arrive, I waited on the phone for over 20 minutes to talk to a manager about the horrible service. They take forever to answer the phone (as I type its been over 6 minutes on hold for them without talking to a single person; Im calling to follow up on my refund). I will never order from this company again. I beg all of you to not go to this company/location. By the way- the manager that said he would put in for my refund never did...so now I have to wait another 5-7 business days to get this money back.

These guys continually botch orders. They dont have the required toppings, or theyre out of dough, or they give your order to someone else and want you to take another persons order. After contacting corporate about them, they forwarded the complaint to the store; then, the franchisee called and literally screamed at me for filing a complaint. It made me nervous to know he had my address and phone number. DO NOT order from this location.
