Very rude, didnt care to get the order right or even listen to our order the first ohhh 3 or 4 times. Waited 5-10 minutes for our food while our ice cream melted in the car. Had to go back in because they still forgot half the order. Got home and checked the burgers and got a mushroom and swiss instead of a plain cheesburger with some damn ketchup. I called and spoke to the "manager" after asking for a credit for the trouble and the messed up order i was put on hold, hmm thought you were the manager? Obviously these kids cant handle running a fast food joint that spells everything out for you. These employees are a bunch of lazy kids. Good luck!

The staff is super fast, but friendly. My food is always fast and fresh from the grill. The sweet selection is vast from smoothies to blizzards. They even have tons of ice cream cakes which are beautifully decorated. Since the remodeling the lobby is much more welcoming and is nothing like the picture shown. The staff in always on its feet; if theyre not preparing something theyll be cleaning and are always willing to help. The managers are very open and helpful to ensure a great experience. I come here at least once a week -yes, even in the snow. My friends also enjoy coming here, its definitely recommend. -Its not fast food, its fan food!-

We stopped in tonight about 15 minutes after they closed the dining room. Two very tired and hungry EMS folks then tried to walk thought the drive through for dinner. The gal at the drive through spotted us and let us in even though they were closed. The manager hooked us up with a ton of fries even though the kitchen had just closed. All of the staff working were so kind and thoughtful. We even got a 10% EMS discount. We couldnt be more grateful to your crew tonight! You guys rock, thanks for being awesome!

Probably the worse dairy Queen Ive been to in my entire life. I was the only person in the drive thru and to my knowledge there was no one in the lobby. Young lady got my drink order wrong three times. By time I got the right drink, nothing had been blended. By time I got my meal it was cold and disappointing. Planning on calling tonight. Worst part is, I was the only person apologizing. I felt bad the first and second time that she had to go redo it, but each time she had an attitude with me.

I have been going to this Dairy Queen for years. The service was amazing and the food was great. But the service has gone down over the years. My older brother went to buy a banana split. The person making the banana split came from the backroom and didnt rewash his hands. Which I think is very very disgusting. He just cut the banana and just put it on my ice cream. Next time I will take the extra 10 minutes and drive out to tower road!!

WORST SERVICE EVER! Not ONLY did I wait 10 minutes to get my order taken at the service speaker, but I also had to wait an additional 20 minutes at the window to get my food, only to find out later that they did not give me what I had ordered in the first place. Ive been here about 3-4 times each time hoping that the service will improve- WRONG! NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN.

Some mexican young girl is very rude in the drive thru. She didnt want to touch me so my money dropped on the ground then she shoved my blizzard to me and it was the wrong kind. When i told her that, she said we are closed now. Thank god the manager came out and switched my blizzard. 5 stars for the managers service. 0 stars for that girl in the drive thru

Rude ....young kids working here.... Potty mouth little high schoolers..... The oldest person working here is the manager who is worse then the employees....the girls that work here look Like they havent showered I n days. They have their friends walking around behind the counter having a good time IGNORING THE LINE OF 7 CUSTOMERS!!!!

This is a superb establishment almost every time I come. Whenever I do come I am greeted by beautiful smiles and even better service. The manager, Rey, is a very sweet but affirmative man which makes the employees even better at their job. So far, I have yet to run into any problems with Dine In. Keep up the amazing work!

Tried using the app here, but they do not participate any longer :( Getting in and out onto the main riad sucks!! Im sure it just depends onbthe time of day. However, Im giving 2 stars because they can not accept 2 orders at the drive through and because the guy working drive through was rude about 2 orders and app usage.

It was a good costumer service we recived from different employees BUT we asked for 2 LARGE meals & I literally received FIVE onion rings & a little box of fries, it seemed like a small meal. & we payed $10 per meal which is unfair for the sizes.

This was my first time at this location and was not umpressed. They were out of two of four items I was ordering. We get home and didnt even have our gravy that we had asked for the chicken strip basket.

They were VERY rude and made me wait in line for 20 minutes, just to ignore me. I left without anything because they just looked at me badly and the service was terrible. Ill never go to that one again!

They don’t really take the DQ app. Customer service, speed, and getting orders correct are not their specialty. Wearing eye-shadow is their thing. I’m going to stick with Cold Stone.

Its a standard dairy queen and one of the only chill and grills in the state. Staff is typically pretty nice, but they tend to run out of stuff or have card problems a lot.
