I really should write a whole lot more about this place, but I spent too much time describing in too much detail why it is you SHOULD NOT go to Zacca just up the road. Sorry about that. This place, on the other hand, deserves much praise. The food was absolutely wonderful. I mopped up every last drop of sauce with my bread. That plate was so clean it looked like it just came out of a dish washer. Well, a lousy dish washer, but still. ;-) The atmosphere, you could tell from the moment you walked in the door, was extremely comfortable. It looked and felt like a home. When the owner walked to each and every table to ask how everyone was doing, you only felt that much more like his guest. I really cannot say enough. Thankfully, I live in Denver and find myself in Vail quite frequently throughout the winter, so I definitely look forward to returning here time and time again for some delicious post-skiing/boarding dinner before heading home. mmm-MMM! The place is a little tricky to find though! It is tucked in a strip mall, and by dinner time, every place else will be closed and dark, so keep an eye out. Turn around twice if you have to. Look on the South side of 6, even though Google Maps seems to be dropping its pointer on the North!

My boyfriend and I went to Restorante Ti Amo 2 days ago. Food was very good or at least it tasted good, (besides mussels that tasted strange to me but we did not return them, unfortunately). As soon as I got home I started having signs of food poisoning. I made it through the night somehow, but instead of feeling better I started feeling even worse vomiting, high temperature and abdominal pain. My boyfriend also felt sick, but not as bad as I did. I called the restaurant to tell that they might need to check their food so they would not poison other customers, but the manager did not even seem to care. He did not believe me that I had gotten food poisoning in their restaurant!!!!!! He kept saying that it was the stomach flue that was going around! It was pretty embarrassing... He did not even ask my name or contact information!!! He did offer to refund the money for the dinner (we payed over a hundred dollars for the dinner for 2!) , but there was no offer to pay for my doctor visit!!! I wonder would he be more engaged if I did not have an European accent? If I am not from around here my voice and life does not count? I am very disappointed with the way our dinner turned out and would not advice anyone to go to Ristorante Ti Amo.

Good food, but we have made reservations here twice in recent months, and BOTH times, they had no record of our reservation when we arrived, and had to dine elsewhere. The most recent time, we got the guys name who made our reservation so we had some recourse. Because of what happened the time before, we called, just to be safe, to confirm our reservation. They had indeed lost it, but the manager promised us a seat at 7:15. When we arrived, we waited for about thirty minutes before leaving for another Italian restaurant in Edwards which was just as good and had much better service. The manager relayed to us that the person who took our reservation told the manager that he offered us a 7:45 reservation, which we supposedly didnt want which was a complete lie. (We made a 7:00pm reservation with that guy!) Its worth nothing, we were NOT the only ones there, with reservations, waiting for our table. In summary, if you go there during prime season on a Friday or Saturday night, be prepared to wait, possibly for well over 30 minutes, reservation or not. This is too bad, because in the past, we thought the food was quite good.

Deceptive quoting of "dinner specials" without quoting their prices..."special" for the restaurant but NOT for the client. I asked for price on first special, which was uoted at $38, almost 2x regular entree price. Then two more entrees were described, and waitress purposely avoided giving prices on those, even though I had just asked for prices on specials! Then, charged me $14 for a scotch listed as $10 on the drinks menu. Reason given: ice cubes added was an up grade to the scotch. $4 for a half dozen ice cubes?? Dont think so. "Salmone" entree cooked dry with no taste due to peppery sauce-very poor dish.

Food was pretty good, but service was BEYOND awful. Do not go here if you have a party greater than 4. We barely saw the server -- they were also out of not one but TWO bottles of wine we ordered... which is the biggest party foul ever. The manager did not even come over and apologize, although our server might have been the manager - she was the only one we saw. It was unfortunate!

Our most enjoyable overall meal at Vail/Beaver Creek. Relaxed atmosphere, good food, decent portions and good friendly service. Menu is largely traditional Italian. Adding spinach to deep fried calamari makes it very good. Good pasta. Osso bucco is good (Fri night special; sometimes available Sat nights)

Dont let the unassuming facade and location trick you, this is a great little Italian. Went here on the last day of our Colorado vacation and wish we had gone earlier. Super friendly, fantastic food, deep wine selection and 5 kinds of grappa. Will be first place we go on our next trip.

Havent been to Ti Amo for a few years and was excited to return tonight. The food, as weve experienced in the past, was very good. The service, however, was awful.....rushed, rude, inattentive, as if we were an inconvenience being there. Such a disappointment!

We go here every year in summer or winter, its fantastic. The atmosphere is elegant but fun, tables are adorned with white butcher paper and crayons to entertain the little ones. The gnocchi is incredibly good! This restaurant is a MUST.

Ti Amo was suggested by the consierge at the Marriott in Vail. The food was fabulous, the service was excellent and we highly recommend anyone to enjoy their specialties while vacationing in the area!

The overall looks and feel of the restaurant are elegant to say the least. The food is delicious, drinks are amazing, and the people are friendly and very professional. Best fine dining in the valley.

Ive been to this place twice and everyone in my party has been delighted with this place both times. Cant understand why others have given low ratings. Tons of options and very authentic!

Veal was tough even though it was only about an eighth of an inch thick. (Veal piccata). The sauce was excellent, plenty of capers but why the breading? Shawn, server, was excellent!

This is a hidden gem of the Vail Valley. Doesnt look like a nice restaurant on the the outside but is very quaint and nice on the inside. I love the Involtino Dipollo.
