It was great to see there is another Sabor in Aurora, the one that I usually go to is in Centennial. Definitely one of my favorite Mexican food spots for breakfast burritos. I did a little something different last time I was here. I ordered breakfast burritos for me and the kids and I got a bowl of green chili to go. It is something about their green chili, when I dont feel like SUPER spicy chili, this is perfect. I took some home, didnt eat all of it, threw the leftovers in the freezer and saved it for later. About a week later when I had that Sabor craving, I defrosted it and it was still delicious! Another thing, outside of their service being awesome, is there salsa bar, which they dont have at their Centennial location. Their salsa is freaking DELICIOUS... I got an extra one or two (dont judge me) just to make sure my breakfast burrito had some extra spice to it - their hot salsa is HOT and I love it. When I am in the area and craving Sabor, I am definitely going to stop buy... YUM!

Although the food was good, the service in the morning hours were aggravating to say the least at the Centennial Sabor location. Four times, my order was wrong and this is after repeating my order several times. During one visit, I must have repeated my order ten times over between the front order cook and the female cashier to get two breakfast burritos; and then they had to redo my order. For some reason at this location, they have people who hardly understand English taking and cooking the orders in the wee morning hours prior to 9:00. It doesnt matter what the food tastes like or if the prices are reasonable; if on multiple times the service is bad ... Im just not going back.

Love love love this place! Everyone weve encountered working there, especially Norma, is sooo friendly and an absolute joy to talk to everytime we go in. (As you can tell we go often lol dont judge us) the salsa bar is delish and the food is always prepared quickly even if its busy it doesnt take them long to get our food to us ❤ when it comes to customer service and flavor, this place cant be beat when you have a hankering for this kind of Mexican food

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Aurora! My husband and I eat here pretty frequently and the food is always amazing. My favorite is the grilled fish taco and my husband loves their nachos and fajitas. We also love going here for breakfast to have the breakfast tacos. The owner is seriously the nicest, happiest guy and he knows us by name. I always feel like we get great service whenever we go. Thanks for all the delicious meals!!

Food: Think of Qdoba but replace the rice with tomatos, if you like tomatoes great! I dont. The meat and salsa were very good. Next time Ill order it without so many tomatoes. This place is by far the best when in comes to the Guacamole. Their avacodos are as fresh as they can possibly be and rich with flavor. Its as if they came straight from California overnight just for me. Whether youre here for burritos,tacos,etc. I guarantee that you wont be disappointed with your selection. Definitely worth making it a regular weekend stop.

This place is always fantastic. They are super accommodating to my familys many special requests (a family of picky eaters). The meat is always hit and fresh. The steak is meaty and tender; never had fatty bits, unlike Chipotle or Qdoba. The staff is exceptional and friendly! I recommend this place for a simple, no frills, tasty eat.

I love the food and have been coming to this restaurant for a few years. But today when they made my order incorrectly and asked the cashier to correct it she was very rude. After saying my order was fixed I got home and my order was still wrong and part of my food was missing. Honestly today was the worst experience Ive had.

Surprisingly good shrimp and fish tacos - provided you put some salt on them. Salsa bar is nice and flavorful. Id give them a 5 if it wasnt for beans and rice which are less than tasty. I never order the plates any longer because I dislike the rice and beans that much. But, tacos ala carte are great.

I love this place, best service ever, and for those saying its slow, not sure when you went there but my order ( for 3 people ) is ready in 5 - 7 minutes, then again Im not impatient and waiting is part of ordering food ;) .... The food is very very good and the salsas are UBER hot!

Hands down the best fast Mex food around. The rice and refried beans are well seasoned, pastor (& other meat) tacos are fantastic. Mini breakfast burritos are amazing, truly not small. Glad they opened a location close to my home on S Parker Rd & S Chambers. Give them a try

The guys working the register are always super chill and extremely nice, specifically the owner/manager. Come here on my lunch frequently and theyre always very prompt and the food is affordable and awesome. Skip chipotle and come here for your burritos.

1st place I stopped to eat when I arrived in Aurora. Excellent. It was closing time the lady taking orders was friendly and very professional. Food was prepared fast and when I got home to eat. Good gracious the best quesadilla burrito I have ever tasted.

Favorite breakfast burrito. Mini burrito with chorizo is huge and delicious! Restaurant and kitchen are always immaculate and everything (including salsas) are made with fresh ingredients.
