I have NEVER had a problem at this restaurant! Wonderful food, generous portions, and a friendly manager/staff that is willing to hold a conversation and LAUGH with you (when they are not knees deep in moving a hungry line of people!) This Chipotles attitude and atmosphere is what I measure all others by. I appreciate all of the hard work that they do. They have never let me down. Keep it up!

Horrible customer service. Instead of asking me what I would like, the employee just stared at me until I said something. It took 20 minutes just to get through the actual line and after I paid, the employee didnt put my food in a bag or even hand me my burrito. I had to reach over the counter to get it. I will never go back to this location. Teach your employees customer service.

We have been going to this Chipolte for quite a while now. Everyone is so nice. One lady in particular always has the greatest smile. I knew I had seen her before and it turns out Laura worked at another fast food restaurant years ago. Laura is just the best. We will continue to frequent this Chipolte for the great food but to also see Laura.

Dont go during dinner. Unless you have 30 minutes to stand in line. This has been the case for the last year going there. Really? Why do some Chipotles get you out in 5 minutes no matter how long the line is? Way to go management!

As far as chipoltle goes its not bad they move the line fast enough but they skimp on the meat and its not trimmed correctly so sometimes you get a big chunk of fat, which isnt cool, overall 3 of 5

Rice was hard the first time I went being I was this far for a job but since I live in Aurora I called and was able to get my refund and my food remade, great customer service !

As far as Chipotle restaurants in Denver metro go, this one is great. Service is always prompt and the food seems fresher than at some of the other locations in town.
