Every time we come to this Chipotle we are greater with a friendly welcome from the staf. The ingredients are always fresh and appetizing, they also make a good sized burrito, which is why I originally fell in love with Chipotle! Todays our experience was awesome as always, the line was clean, the lady who made our order washed her hands. ( as a chef this is a pet peeve ) she washed them for for 20 seconds which is whats required. Our burritos were a good size and everything was fresh despite not being a prime business time to get food. As we left the staff waved and said goodbye, they have great customer service. Our

Service was friendly but man do they skimp. I ordered a steak burrito and asked for more rice since I did not want any beans and got less than normal. Burrito was falling apart as it was not wrapped well. Also, I dont think they have a standard as how long the meat should stay on the warmer because I ordered a barbacoa bowl and got a jerky bowl instead. No joke, it may be the driest meat that I have ever received from a restaurant. So much so I was unable to eat it. Definitely never coming here again if they dont take pride in what they serve to paying consumers.

So i ordered a carne asada burrito which is steak I was given a carnitas burrito which is pork Than i was ridiculed in Español by the "host" about how they gave me the wrong burrito. Worse Chipotle ever close it down. dont spend your money here. . .the one off of main street apparently knows the difference between a cow and a pig! Amnesty was not meant for amnesty of customer service

Dont use the online ordering system here, especially around their rush hour. I was sadly mistaken thinking that placing my order would save me time, It did not! I was left to wait for my food for about 30 minutes while all the people that had just walked in were served before they could even get to my order. No hard feeling, but I have not been back since.

Worst Chipotle Ive been too. Always skimp on everything. Have to ask them to put more ingredients in and then they look at me like Im inconvincing them. Worth it to drive the extra few miles to go to a different one. All of my friends have the same opinion, I just had to see for myself.

LOVE this Chipotle! I come here like 4 or 5 times a week and the staff here just fantastic. The manager is the sweetest lady ever. Going in there makes my day sometimes(:. Super clean restaurant, theyre always on top of it.

A little late posting this review but we needed some donated food for our churchs trunk-or- treat and these guys were awesome!! They gave us 15 burritos and even cut them in half for us!!! Great service and great food!!!!

The queso was just Velveeta cheese and that makes me sad, almost as sad as the burrito bowl they made for my SO, they gave her half servings of everything in the bowl. Sad, low energy

Gotta love Chipotle. We thought they opened at 10am but it was 11 so we ended up waiting an hour. Totally worth it. Chiptole is always our go to when were calorie deprived.
