This Ihop has a very nice environment and the staff are friendly and curtious. Or server was promt and had eceptional customer service skills. She took our order and made sure all our needs were taken care of. Her name is Danika and I would reccomend that you ask for her if you have a chance. The food was amazing and fast as well. The hostess Cassandra was kind friendly and seated us right away. She was charming and made us feel right at home. So if you are looking for good food friendly service and great atmosphere please visit Walnut Creek Ihop.

I was a little weary when there were signs on the door that said they were hiring for all positions and the place was fairly empty. The server was nice enough. The cooking was outstanding! I had a spinach and cheese eggs Benedict dish. When I got my check I almost panicked - it was a high bill. Turns out that the server left during my lunch and didnt realize it was for another table. Management easily fixed the situation and was apologetic.

The place was almost, but everything was slow with one server on the floor. He could not manage orders and customers demand. The worst thing was he did not tell us "All You Can Eat" pancake promo and their birthday coupon. If he told me the rule, we could order other plate, which is still with pancakes and breakfast stuff.

Horrible service from waitress K. She was ghetto and arguing with her ghetto friend so loud the whole restaurant could hear it. Then argued with the cooks. I asked another employee if server is always like this and the answer was Yes. What manager allows this type of attitude service the public and customers.

They completely ruined our brunch. Hint- only get breakfast, not lunch. My bad for thinking a pancake h ouse could make a decent sandwich. Two stars because the staff was nice and credited our bill $20... Still sucked. And the gnats, ugh!

While the food was really good the help was a little cold like no one wanted the morning shift. I went away happy, but the staff were afraid to say hi. Im very friendly, but 1 employees body language was uncomfortable around me.
