Love the service , food .. Wish they had more of an appetizer selection. Like put a shrimp cocktail , bbq tacos , bbq beans and rice , corn on the cob on there . You can only get frozen drinks if they have alcohol in them . One HUGE COMPLAINT !!!! Their salad bowl rims smell really bad like Pure wet dog. Its because they put half an egg on the dishes even if you dont order it , they are premade salads stored in the freezer , if you order a salad without egg , they simply remove the egg , leaving the egg stain there for you . Seriously smell your salad bowl rim , it will make you throw up . Then Google dishes that smell like wet dog Its the egg residue even after washing . One time the manager asked me why do I smell the dishes .. I said because when she bought it to me and placed it down in front of me , I got a nose full of wet dog and the manager and waitress agreed it was wet dog but I was told not to think about it . Thats why I dont order anything that comes in a bowl from there . Now when I go there I tell the people next to us to smell their bowls , each time they were grossed out and sent it back and complained about it . I mean why pre make salads with egg ? Not everyone likes eggs right ? And get better dish washing cleanser . Other then that , I love Texas Roadhouse .

Went there last night for dinner, while we were eating are dinner our vehicle was getting a window smashed in with six other cars out in their parking lot. Nothing like walking to your parked truck to see glass all over the place and 5 other customers going through the same thing. The police were there. Finger printing. So are 60.00 dollar dinner cost us 500.00 dollars to have back window replaced today. Disappointed that no management came out to talk to us either!!!! Yes, we did see a sign later that said park at your own risk!! What a joke, they know the place gets hit like that they should have private security driving around the parking lot.all the cars that were hit were either in front and back of the restaurant! Not a safe place to go!! Very expensive night for us and 5 others! Thank you to the management who came to talk to us! NOT!!!! ( SARCASM )

Great food, great prices and a very playful atmosphere combine at Texas roadhouse to create a unique dining experience. Feel free to their those peanut shells on the floor. Dont mind the wait staff as they line dance in the aisles. Food quality consistency is something Ive come to expect here. The prime rib especially is always worth the purchase. The take out is also great. I usually get one of the $9.99 plates and rarely finish everything in one sitting. Update: Togo ordering has been very poor here lately. The last 3 times Ive come in theyve either forgotten I was waiting for my for after paying or it took twice as long as quoted for the food to be ready. Waiting over an hour for a phone in order to be ready is just unacceptable.

Not only do they give you food poisoning, mind you, every time Ive eaten there.....on Thursday, after graduation ceremonies at Solano College, our car gets broken into in their lot, right under the light post and they shrug their shoulders and say "not our responsibility." Well its MY responsibility to tell you about their ghetto food and their ghetto scumbags that just happen to be in their hella crowded lot preying on people STUCK for hours in their disgusting, over priced, wait for hours to get in and service so slow it was probably the employees. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, HEALTH , VALUABLES OR SAFETY AT THIS RIDICULOUS GHETTO RESTAURANT.

4 1/2. food was great, service really, really, really good the only thing i will say bad well two things is they shoe-horned tables into isle so we had butts or crotchs going by us every minute-ish and some pit-boss lady that could not talk to anyone it was like snap at all (you are in ear shot of every customer). and the second one is do something other than calling us up saying you are ready to seat us only to have us stand on some little red carpet in the way of traffic.i had say excuse me at least 5 times just to get out. and for anyone saying long wait, long lines you can go some where else...;)

The food was good. They are always packed. The service was fine. We did have one incident here that struck me as odd. In spite of the menu clearly stating that the restaurant gave free refills on fountain drinks, our waitress informed us that we could only have one refill for free and then they would charge us for another drink. Again, this is contradictory to what is stated on the menu and I cant think of another restaurant that has charged me for refills in recent history. This could have just been this one waitress and Ill change this review if they say otherwise the next time we go.

We to the restaurant today with my husband Fairfield location) Had to send my steak back (over cooked) had to send my ribs back (over cooked ie....burned) Even though they offered & did prepare me another meal, my husband had already eaten his meal. After eating my corn & baked potatoe (also ate about 2 dinner rolls) my meat was taking to long. We decided to take my food home & some extra rolls. Got home later to heat them up & found a partial blue latex glove, cooked inside one of the rolls!!! Mad, frustrated and now feeling sick to my stomach! Needless to say, we wont be going back!

The decor is fun, and the peanut shells on the floor add an authentic touch. The wait staff is great. They are friendly and genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs. Our waitress even took a minute on a busy Sunday to ask the manager about the identity of a caracter on the wall that had stumped our table. The manager himself was present, greeting each table. The food is delicious and reasonably priced for a steakhouse. I recommend the hand cut steaks, that you can personally select from a glass case up front. This is a perfect choice for a casual place to get great food.

My first time at Texas Road House in Fairfield, CA. I got FOOD POISON. I was so excited to go and that evening I became SO sick. I was sick for some days and miss work. I contact Texas Road House on Monday, which was he next day. The manager I spoke with did not apologize or anything. He was just concerned about the Health Department. I was so sick and this is the reason I dont got out to eat much. I rather stay home or familys house for dinner. I couldnt believe how the manager didnt even apologize. #health #body #illness #bad food #unhappy afterwards

Ok I used to work at Texas roadhouse in Farmington nm. Now working there was awesome everyone smiled and had fun like a family. When i walked in seemed like no one was happy to be there didnt hear the story of texas roadhouse wasnt recommend loaded or smothered. We used to line dance hour and half there not one time. Its was kinda a let down due to the place i worked. Other than that food good job chefs your cooking was on point. For front of house smile enjoy your job our management made it fun and did contest every night. It should be fun!!
