before you read this and start critiquing my grammar and spelling it has nothing to do with bad service or makes my opinion any less valuable. i know people love this place i think its ok, nothing special. and this is more on the service than the food because the three times i have been there its always cold behind the counter. this last time i ordered a 1/2 pound swiss melt with a side of salad and my wife ordered the works with no fries because she was going to eat mine. so i went back up to get my salad not knowing that it gets picked up with the rest of the meal and donna was making it and asked if i wanted croutons, yes please and can i get some bacon also.... she whispered (not sure of exactly what she said) but that is not part of the side salad but since my managers not around i will put some on, you know what dont worry about it because i would not want to get you in trouble (over .25$ worth of bacon on a 24.00$order). so we get our order and it is for each a bun, meat, cheese, hello swiss melt has sauteed onions and mushrooms and debs is plain also so when we go back up front donna acts like we are putting her out of her way and litterly kinda just heaves the plate at the cook and says put bacon on that and then finishes putting the fixings on our burgers. no sorry, go to hell, hope you die tonight...NOTHING. i did not get fries (that might be my bad) . the last time i went with a co-worker the service was better but all the ketchups were empty (i get it if no one says any thing you dont know unless you just checked) but when todd says something the guy walks over and test all 3 then just walks away and like 2 minutes later comes out and grabs them and comes back out after another minute or 2 and grabs what we think are bags of ketchup then another minute or 2 walks out and puts them up and just walks away. the first time the service was "just" service the food was cooked good.

What a fun place to eat. Just the name alone is fun! We FINALLY have FUDDRUCKERS in Fairfield, CA we are letting them know how glad we are they are here. They serve BIG hamburgers, cheeseburgers, bison burgers etc. and slightly spicy French fries. They smallest adult burger I believe is 1/3 of a lb so come hungry. They also have a childrens menu with a good variety such as hamburger, Mac & cheese, hot dog, nuggets...stuff kids like. FUDDRUCKERS has two new drink machines with almost 100 drink choices. There are soft drinks that you cannot buy in the stores. You can get Fanta no cal raspberry, strawberry, grape, etc. All kinds of Coke and diet Coke you can imagine and other fun drinks. There are FREE refills. There are a few arcade games to entertain the kids...there is even a dollar bill change machine for your convenience. When it was not working, they very kindly gave us change at the ice cream counter. You can get a few varieties of ice cream for a very good price. One scoop is $0.99 & 2 comes to something like $2.16. The overall cost for a family is more than fast food but you sit down to eat and have unlimited condiments. For a family of 4 it was a little over $60. Very HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Fairfield, CA Fuddruckers Came into the restaurant just before 8:00 pm Hard to find a good seat when the tables were not bussed. Additionally the produce bar looked sad, pickings for lettuce and onion rings well there were none. Condiment bar was not in the beSt of shape either. Management appeared to be the bar tender. At least the burger. Fried Onion Rings and salad were good. There appears to be at least 5 other employees in the restaurant. I will make it a practice NOT to come back after 8:00 pm. Have been in other times and the establishment was in better shape. To bad it appears that the standards are different at different times of the day.

Overpriced, overcooked food, idiot staff. I told the server I wanted burger with no bun due to serious wheat allergy (I could tell that words like gluten and celiac disease would confuse her). I stressed how important it was that my burger not touch any bread or other wheat product, and was encouraged when she went over to the kitchen area to relay my request. My order (burger, fries, drink, not complicated) was the first in my group, but the last to arrive, and, to my horror, sitting on a bun. I spoke to the staff at the pass, and was told "Its a white bun, not wheat". Not sure whether to laugh or cry....

Had heard about great burgers but both my husband and I were underwhelmed by both burgers and fries; even the milkshake was made wrong twice. I ordered a wake-up mocha shake and got a vanilla shake. Returned it and employee just added coffee to it and it was too thin so he added more VANILLA ice cream. Doesnt anyone know that MOCHA is chocolate and coffee. This should have been made with chocolate ice cream and a strong coffee or espresso or coffee syrups. Even the young lady taking orders had trouble keeping things straight, This place needs help.

Its a Fuddruckers, which is to say it is a step above most chain burger places, but not as good as your "best in town" kind of place. That said, for this area, the burgers are pretty great and the bar to dress them yourselves is always nice. No complicated instructions, put on it what you like. This location also has a microbrewery in it, which means that there are often beers to taste and experience.

The burger was incredible. A little pricey. 50 bucks for 3 burgers and drinks, onion rings, and fries. Burgers were big though, and Id say worth it. Spacious dining room, and not too busy for a Saturday evening. Id definitely go back. I want to try the elk and ostrich burgers next. Very different. I dont know where else I could find those in town.

Fuddruckers has amazing burgers with fresh buns and a self-serve fixins bar to let you build exactly the burger you want. This Fudds took over an old restaurant, with a microbrewery, so it has its own microbrewery. There is only one thing this Fuddruckers is missing...they consistently dont put enough jalepeno in the hot jalepeno nacho cheese.

Of all the Bay Area Fuddruckers restaurants this is the best by far. AND they make, sell and serve Blue Frog Beer! Im enjoying a C4 on tap now, its ice cold and so delicious. The create your own salad is great, as is the kobe and elk burgers. Tons of toppings, sauces, and a spacious dining area. The kids like the arcade too.

Fries were good, beer was good, ambiance was good, burger on the other hand, meh... Ive had fast food burgers that were much better. Meat was dry and overcooked even though they asked how Id like it, to which I responded, "medium". Bacon was cold and not flavorful at all, "blue chese" was disappointing as well.

Great food, but bad organization. There is always a 15-20 min wait just to order on weekend evenings, and they do not prioritize take-home or call ahead orders. If you are willing to spend 20 mins waiting to make your order and then another 30 mins for them to make it, its great ... But Im not.
