Totally disappointed with our last two visits to this location. They have been totally unorganized and unprofessional. We order hundreds of dollars of wings every holiday and the last two times the orders have either been incorrect or not ready. Today I order two hours in advance because I was on a time crunch. I got there and the order could not be located. They had not even started the order, I was very specific when placing the order. I spoke with the manager Greg and explained to him that the purpose of the advance order was because I had limited time . His response was " we are all on a time crunch". At this point I realized that the conversation was pointless and just decided we would take our business to Buffalo Wild Wings which is probably more organized and professional. I try to support locally owned business but this is where it ends for us!!!

Great fresh food. Love the app, I just place my order on the app, show up and its ready. Much better than Buffalo Wild wings. Also keep in mind, this is not fast food. Thsee are some of the best wings around. So if you come in and order it can take a little bit of time for your food to be ready. If you order on the app, it make take 5 min longer then what the app says about its ready time. So plan for that. Again I can not stress enough how good these wings are... Oh and its owned by former seahawk Sidney Rice.

Just went to the one on 38th in tacoma and the cajun wings had almost no seasoning at all. I called and asked about it and the employee Aleesha answered and in my opinion was kind of rude and really short with me. She said "well i was the one who made your wings and i put the seasoning on" i work with food and mever would i ever say somethig like that you just agree understand the problem and try to make the customer very happy. Extremely dissatisfied with the Service of Aleesha.

Poor....wings are good, but sitting here listening to a staff complain to either another manager or another staff member isnt really what anyone wants to hear about. Thought our order would be ready at 5pm, but here we are at 5:30 pm.....waiting....and we called at 4pm and gave them an HOUR to get our order ready, since we were on I5. Well say it again....Tukwila has THE BEST Wing Stop from Renton to Tacoma....hands down. We wont be back here again

The boneless wings with mild sauce were pretty good but the garlic parmesean wasnt saucey. More like rubbed with garlic butter and then dredged in that powdery grated parmesean. The fries were strangely sweet, I just didnt get it. I wont know until later how my digestive tract will feel about it later... Hopefully I wont poo my brains out

This was the first time I have ever been here and I am so glad I came. They close at 11:00pm and we got in the door at 10:50pm... I didnt realize they stop cooking about 20 min before they close but Patrick made sure we got our order as we wished. Very good customer service. And the wings were great!!! I will continue to come here.

Employees are super chill. Some lady was in there complaining about her food and causing a stink. But employees handled it well. I didnt really enjoy the flavor of my wings. I got the honey bbq. The sauces was like super extra thick and dark. Fries were just okay. My recommendation would be to try the sauses before you buy.

The Food is always on point, and the Staff is awesome delivering superb customer service ALWAYS! I am new here so this is very comforting to me, and while I have changed my eating habits (for the good of course), I will splurge on Wing Stop once in a blue moon. These guys are amazing and the food is excellent.

I called in a 20 piece to go. Was told by Ashanti that it will be ready in 15 min. Arrived 12 min and didnt get my order until 40 minutes later. Ashanti didnt explain nor apologize. However the wings where ok. Food OK but service is very week. A bunch of stoners.

The waitress ?Knechelle? Was super rude to my girlfriend. She was not friendly whatsoever, very short answered, and not patient at all. The wings and fries were very good, but did not make up for the crappy service we received from ?Knechelle?

overall great! i tried it for the first time today and got the lemon pepper and teriyaki wings. the teriyaki were perfect but the lemon pepper were too salty for me! i would get only the teriyaki next time!

Extremely salty, it was so salty we ended up throwing our food away & bought something else to eat. We wont be going back and plan on warning others, Too bad, the service was great, friendly and fast. :(
