Ok the review is not just for the burger but more for the quality of service. Yesterday I dropped in around 5Pm obviously it was pretty empty and staffs were having their usual off-time fun, ordered just ONE D-D Animal style and in the mean time the drive-thru got busy and our fun-loving relaxed staff jumped into action flipping burgers. They were enthusiastic and eagerly flipping around 10 orders in 15 min BUT the irony is my ONE burger was not ready yet simply because I ordered inside the restaurant and not from the drive-thru, after waiting for 15 min I went to the counter to enquire "Did I order something so special that ingredients are getting imported from somewhere" and the guy says "Oh u knw what the drive-thru is a priority". I was like it doesnt make sense at all and seeing me questioning this absurd practice my burger comes out in a flash to get me out as soon as possible. I didnt get the logic: Does drive-thru more preferable than in-house ? Do you think people who come in-house are lazy and have all the time in the world? Does serving more drive-thru orders gets a better pay-hike for employees?

Ive been here plenty of times but as of recently the teens hanging around here have been a huge mess. I came here yesterday around 9 or 10 at night on a Tuesday night and these teens came in yelling and running around the place. Then this blonde girl who worked there had just gotten off stood right in front of our booth and had a full on conversation with her friends. That was totally disrespectful and I couldnt believe I would have a terrible experience here. Probably will skip on in n out....

The incredible food cooking smell from outside half the fun for me.real popular place.seating is good.fresh cut lemons is a healthy plus.staff always courteous.clean place.good prices.the only problem is several times now the burger patty has been very thin. I have never seen patties so thin.ever.i dont even know how they get them so thin.the fixins are generous but the patty is thinner than the onion and tomato slices.almost paper thin it seems to me.

I am a teacher from out of the area and recently traveled on a field trip through Tracy, on our way home. We were transporting 118 students and the managers and staff at this In-n-Out were extremely accommodating when serving our group! We were able to order in advanced for everyone and get everyone fed at the same time! We will definitely be returning. A very appreciative thank you to Brandon and Ernesto, from Kennedy Elementary.

Petite carte mais excelent fast food: -très propre (restaurant et sanitaires) -menus vraiment pas chers (6€) -burgers delicieux -service très accueillant et souriant -produits frais -Ne peut être que recomander

This place does one thing good and thats making a hamburger & fries. Thats it.... Thats why theyre good. We dont come here often but when we want a quality burger we come here. Kinda reminds me of McDonalds when they first started. I think thats the secret in doing something right and not have a lot of side distractions. Going through the drive thru sometimes is a bit of a wait but worth it. :-)

Some of the best fast food that you can get in Ca. Their prices used to be considered high but since they havent changed them in app many years theyre now on par with other fast food places. Theres typically a line around diner time/commute time so be aware of that. If youre in a hurry and you see a line you may want to keep driving. Theyre pretty fast but itll still take a while to get your food

i use to work here and the manager was a perve with a chip on his shoulder. He dated 3 of my under-age co-workers. And when I quit (and implied that i wasnt comfortable w/ the way the place was being managed) he told me "Oh it doesnt matter... Im firing you anyway." Ive hated In-n-Out ever since. ... I also witnessed this same manager pick up patties off the floor and serve them to customers.

I ordered soda the lady didnt even give me. When I told the guy to give me soda I asked for large he gave me med. I handed him $2.00 he just didnt care. I will never go there again and I will let my family and friends know not to waste their time going to this one in Tracy. Long wait and no customer service. Why waste ur time n money for such a restaurant

Normaler Burgerladen. Leider etwas überlaufen und der Fußboden hätte dringend gewischt werden müssen, deshalb nur 3 Sterne. Die Burger und Pommes waren aber sehr gut!

This has to be the nastiest in/out Ive ever eaten in, the trash containers smelled horrible which was in front of the soda dispenser, all the tables were dirty, the windows and glass dividers were so filthy, flys were everywhere, and the workers looked as if they were in a food fight. This was absolutely terrible.

Too many bratty teenagers!! Always loud and tons of kids running around. Rarely anyone in dining room. The crew doesnt even smile. Foods good, but damn. These people dont know how to behave here. THE CREW NEVER SMILES. BE PREPARED FOR RUDENESS. Only thing good about this place is the food.

Tradition has it every time we go to Lake Tahoe we always go to In and Out Burgers In-N-Out Burgers Aziz hot and fresh and great service and we never have a complaint or anything ever goes wrong in that place is just perfect so check out Tracys In and Out Burger you wont be disappointed

Have been wanting to try an in n out after hearing about it for years but they dont exist in Pittsburgh. So while passing through Tracy we HAD to give it a go and it was beyond exceptional. Staff was out of this world awesome and made the trip even better than we had hoped!

I have to admit that until i moved to Tracy, I have never heard of this burger haven! Now that both my family and I have experienced it we ARE hooked! So simplistic with the menu with traditional,old fashioned customer service to boot, you cant go wrong! We just love IT!!!!

This is our go to In-N-Out. Always friendly staff, food is consistently In-N-Out good, and its a clean restaurant. They catered a party for us recently and the management was very helpful and the prices were extremely reasonable.

Love, love, love In and Out! Yummy clean comfort food. Fresh every day. No additives or preservatives. Only 800 calories for a hamburger with ketchup and mustard instead of spread, and a fry!

Order from the secret menu :-). Double double protein style with grilled onions, onions and chilies. The chilies have just the right amount of kick. Not too spicy but adds the flavor.
