I ordered their Valentines heart pizza just now & what I got was not what I expected. The pizza looked like it was made & cut into a heart. I got half pepperoni half cheese the cheese part of the pizza was hanging off & it was horribly made & looked nothing like the picture that was advertised. This is the last time Id order from Pizza Hut. Id recommend ordering from another pizza place in town. I also attempted to discuss it over the phone before I put in a review they put me on hold and no one ever picked up to talk it over I waited for 25minutes before hanging up. Horrible service.

My order took twice as long to be ready. When checking out I asked for ranch so that they could charge me for it. When my pizza was ready, the clerk just threw it on the counter and immediately turn around to go somewhere else. Before she could leave I asked for cheese, pepper and the ranch I had requested. She just gave me a look as if she was annoyed and told me "we charge for ranch" to which I replied that I had requested for ranch when checking out, not my fault if they didnt add it to my bill. One of the worst experiences Ive had at pizza hut.

Ordered a large pizza, and ended up getting something that looked like it was a medium. I couldnt verify if it was a large because they said they "ran out" of large boxes and placed my pizza in a "Big Dinner Box" box, while folding large boxes for the pizzas right near the front register. I didnt want to be confrontational or bring it up since I had my two year old with me, so I just accepted it without questioning and left.

If you want a cheap, quick pizza, and convenience over rides taste, then yeah, this is a good choice. Generally theyre pretty quick, and the service is always very friendly. But I docked stars off the review because location could be better and trying to find parking is a situation every time if youre ordering for pick up. Also, on multiple locations theyve been... "OUT of pizza"! How is that even possible?!

Terrible pizza. I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza. Every part of the pizza was really doughy.. a big portion of the center of the pizza was stretched too thin and still some how really soft/doughy. I strongly recommend you choose a different pizza joint in town. Definetly will never return

will never be ordering from this place again. they dont answer their phone, their customer service was the worst! they couldnt tell me how long my delivery was going to take and could not get a hold of their own store! I had to show up to their store to ask what whats going on with my order.

Hated the costomer service I got on the phone. I am visiting from out of town and staying in a motel right up the street. The person on the phone was arguing with me about a phone number. I called another pizza place and u should too!!!!

Pizza Hut takes orders then Doesnt deliver the pizza and by the time you realize it took so long for the pizza to get delivered there closed it happened to me in the Fremont area and Tracy they cant compare to dominos

I dont know why anyone would leave a bad comment about their local pizza place. Ive been ordering from this Pizza Hut since 2000 and not once have they messed up my order. Great and fast service.
