Worst customer service ever. The Hispanic lady that works the cash register should not be working service jobs. I handed her my credit card but she will not hand my card back, instead she rests her hand on the table and expected me to pick up my card from her hand.she did the same for the receipt also. I was watching her run the register and he would leave change on the table instead of handing it back to the customer. To me its the little things that counts the most.

I lived in a hotel nearby, and went this store to buy some food. I didnt drive then. The door was closed, I had to go to the drive through window. I was told for security reasons, if I am not driving, I cant buy anything... Security reason? Am I that type of guy who should do harm to the store? I went to McDonalds. They would like to sell me a burger even if they are going to close in 20 minutes... Thats why McDonalds is the largest fast food company in the world...

Horrible! I only live down the street so every so often I find myself stricken with Alzheimers and try something off the menu but if its not bad service (normally from that snot nose redhead kid) then its the quality of food and food preparation. Every time I get a sandwich its one pound of mayonnaise, some browned lettuce and a piece of chicken so tuff you could use it as a door stop. Truly I need to stop wasting my money here.

No line and staff just looked at me and no one would attend to me. Until the branch mngr walked in. And I noticed that the cashier was walking the meals to the customers, I thought great service, but when my meal was ready she called my# and pushed the tray letting me know that I had to go get it. The place was dead no customers in line, she could have bought our brkfst to our table.

Its pretty asinine that you cant walk through the drive through when they lock the doors. I stay at the hotel in the same parking lot for work, and when I work late, it would be nice to pickup food without a car since I usually use uber or walk to/from work when Im in Sunnyvale and dont rent cars. So Im usually without a car and therefore it is not an option.

Ive been eating here semi-regularly since 2009. Every now and again they make a mistake with my drink (on the drive thru). The staff has changed over that time, but the quality remains. The interior cafe area is clean, pleasant, and well maintained. The staff responds quickly and professionally to customers both on new orders and complaints.

Giving it 2 because of the polite staff. Maybe it was too bad because I took a veggie burger, but man I have had a GOOD veggie burger in other burger king outlets. Very soggy, hard and bad veggie Patty. Onion rings was just ok, edible.
