their service is really going downhill. was there before, but when going back they took exorbitant amount of time to mess up the food, when there was 1 person in line??!! they couldnt even get the basic menu straight, not to mention messed up the food, i didnt even bother complaining because i didnt have another 40 min. to waste for a re-make. the black male 20s, 53" had such a nasty, vicious eye roll attitude when asked for ketchup. he looked like he didnt understand the concept of "ketchup?" dude, you have less than 15 items on your entire fricken menu - when some restaurants have more than 15 in their drinks section alone, WTF is wrong with your dead brain if you cant grasp the meaning of "ketchup!" he finally woke to his senses and slammed 2 packets. I had more than 4 burgers, and he gave 2 PACKETS??!! they rise their prices every couple of months, with these hostile, angry snarky imbeciles that work there to muddy up your food.

The menu is simple, but that is the only simple thing here. As a first time customer I expected just another fast food burger and I am very glad that it is not what I expected. Hot toasted bun, actual fresh ingredients: sliced onion, tomato, and lettuce. I didnt have any fries, but I watched as potatoes were turned into fries. The burgers are great; they arent 2" thick gourmet burgers, but the flavor could fool you otherwise. If you are looking for well priced and a quick bite you can get an outstanding burger for less than a quarter pounder art most other fast food restaurants.

Another In-N-Out is the same like others. Fresh food and super long car lines! Since this place has a small menu, the lines move fairly fast! Most of the time. You should try the animal fries! But make sure be careful where it drips because its a nasty little bugger to get off! Also another cool thing to eat is well done fries with chocolate shake! Dip it in and have fun! Well youre supposed to eat it and have fun not just have fun then youll be left with soggy fries with nowhere to go

First of all, how could an In-N-Out be bad? This is among the other great In-N-Outs, food is great, orders are accurate and the understandably enormous drivethru line is efficiently handled. LOL at the "vegetarian unfriendly"comment. What, the burger drivethru was vegetarian unfriendly? Im shocked. Thats like going to a vegetarian restaurant and posting that theyre "omnivore unfriendly".

The consistency is best here; other In-N-Outs cant seem to put out the same product the same way twice. The Union landing restaurant seems to hire better people as well, and they keep the standard of service high by advertising for new workers with starting wage updates at the entrance....

Like every other in-n-out, which in this case is actually a compliment. Good food. Good prices. Horribly long wait times. Same stuff everywhere. Ooh yea, the drive through is kind of confusing get to! Follow the little signs (look like parking signs)

In-N-Out is consistently good! Gotta love the Double Double with onion, fries and a strawberry shake! Of course, they are always busy... but that shows just how good they are :) The drive thru at this location tends to be slower than some others.

Excellent customer service. They run a clean dining room area. Most of the time its crowded, thats a good sign of how good the food is! BTW, If youre not satisfied with the food, and ask politely they will make it right and bring it to your table.

All day, every day its just busy. The food quality never changes no matter what In and Out youre at. This place is clean and the parking is alright. This is located within a huge shopping center so it will take a while to drive from I-880 to here.

I really like the service you get at in and out Union Landing eveb though it is a little busy at times. They hav tasty burgers and fries and you can order a veggie burger if you want to. That is what makes in and out so unique. Go check it out.

Drive-through wait times can be long when its busy, but this location and its staff consistently deliver on the high-quality grub that you expect from In-N-Out. Vegetarians can enjoy a tasty Grilled Cheese and Animal Fries for protein.

For me, In-N-Out is the best fast food by far. And this store in Union Landing holds the standard very high. The double cheeseburger is a must. It is quite literally the perfect cheeseburger. And do not miss the chocolate shake.

This is the dirtiest in and out Ive ever been to. Tables werent wiped down. Garbage wasnt empty. The bathrooms were a mess and looked like they hadnt been scrubbed down in a while.

It opens late during the weekends and great place to get a bite to eat. Simple menu I usually order a cheeseburger, fries and either a shake or Kona coffee depending on my mood.

Always a good option. Last visit the drive thru wrapped the parking lot and the inside had no line. I guess people are pretty scared of the rain.
