I ordered a volcano taco. What I got was a regular taco with volcano sauce. The girl tried to pass it off as a volcano taco, which it wasnt. Then she said they were out of the shell. When I said I just wanted my money back she said they had to warm more up... No thanks, I dont want any spit in my food. They also did the same to my wifes chicken ranchero soft taco. Tried to sell her a regular beef soft taco. Lame. And the manager was standing right there and didnt care. I know my Taco Bell, and this place is sub-par.

The service is aweful, the portions are skimpy and they blame it to strictly following a predetermined serving measurement.The management was and has been rude to my wife and kids and in the drive thrue they are constantly messing up on the order or forgetting items.Overall the service sucks !I hate the staff especially the girl who cakes the make-up on her face and is mean to my kids in the drive thrue ms.(cake-face) lmfao ......Theyve probably spat in my food several times already.......assholes !
