The food is pretty good. My wife said the veggie burger was good and I had the pulled pork and it was great. But my fries were not hot and tasted like they had been sitting awhile. Service is lacking, they do get very busy and just dont keep up. Our waitress took our order right away but then never returned till the she dropped off the check. Our food took a long time to come and was dropped off by a bus boy who did refill our drinks after we asked him to. Then we were abandoned for the rest of our meal. I saw the waitress going out to the patio to check on tables out there so maybe they have more business then they can handle. We had a 10 min wait to be seated and they have a cool app that lets you phone know when they are ready to seat you and you can see the menu on as you wait.

I took my wife and her family here for her birthday 2 years ago and was impressed by the first rate service. They had our table waiting for us and practically fell all over themselves catering to our every need. I dont know what happened since then (new management?) but when we went there for lunch recently it was totally average. The waitress stopped by to ask us if we wanted bread. Bad. Just bring the bread, dont ask. It made us feel like we were begging. She practically ignored us the rest of the time. A different employee served our entrees. Should I have left him a tip too? When I asked for a refill of my drink, he said hed tell the waitress. OK, thanks a lot. We dont plan on going back.

Great regional chain for BBQ food. Although I found the layout of the restaurant a bit claustrophobic, our group of 6 had no difficulty have a conversation during dinner. Clearly, they had taken time to add design elements to allow for the high density arrangement that kept the noise under control. The menu included plenty of options. Our group enjoyed everything from half salads to 12 rib racks and no one was disappointed by their food. They even had some vegetarian options at this BBQ restaurant so I would not hesitate to bring anyone here.

I love this place and when we go to Magic Mountain or the LA area I always want to eat here but every time we have gone someone in our party has a problem. This time my son in law ask that his burger be well done and it came out rare. So rare thst I couldnt tell the difference between the meat and the tomato. I was upset because last time we went they messed up his order also. Now he doesnt want us to go back on our trips.. that makes me sad because I love your place. And I always buy a bottle of BBQ sauce for home..

So I order the same thing almost every time. Ceasar Salad with Blackened Salmon. And I get an Old Fashioned. Both are consistently great! I sit at the bar and with only 1 exception, they are great every time! They dont know my name and we dont have personal conversations (Im normally working when Im there) andIm in maybe once a month... but they know my order and get it right. Thats it!!

The service was nothing short of excellent. We never had to call our waitress, Nicole, over. She was on top of things all the time giving us the impression that we were the only customers in the place. Fantastic. The rib eyes were tender, juicy and perfectly cooked to our orders. Too bad I cant give 6 stars.

Last time the ribs were dry. Service is always good. Place always smells wonderful. DON"T ORDER THE SOUP! Though its called "Tri-Tip and Mushroom" and sounds yummy its REALLY salty and appears to be from a can!!!! (and not tri tip from the restaurant). The potato skins are good and crunchy.

I brought my family of 12 here for my husbands birthday. I must admit that the service we received literally snuffed the joy out of out celebration. Ive always held this establishment in high esteem. Im very disappointed. I would give it another chance in the future.

The food was amazing and the server was very attentive. The bread is so good. We had the brisket, pulled pork, ribs, trip tip and bbq chicken. All of the sauces were great. The onion strings were really yummy. Cant wait to go back. The mashed potatoes were amazing.

price matches the atmosphere, but the barbeque was average and the service was good up to the point where our waitress disappeared for 20 minutes. Perhpas I should have tried the blackened salmon, as someone else raved about.

Food was ok, service was TERRIBLE WE WILL NOT BE BACK. The "waitress" only came to take our order and give us our check. The bus guy was so sweet and more attentive than anyone! Would not recommend.

Sometimes its good, sometimes it is not. The prices is such that it should never me mediocre. The BBQ chicken is often dry, and the Tri Tip can vary from food to bland. Service is always good.

Nothing special. Definitely better bbq places in the area worth going to instead. WAY too heavy with the use of pepper! First time in my life that my asparagus was over peppered.
