So for my 1 year anniversary with my lovely lady, we chose to come here for lunch, and im glad we did, our server/waiter Alexander V. was so friendly it felt like he was a neighbor or an old friend. Super nice attitude and very well knowledged on the menu items. He was quick to refill our drinks, honestly i couldnt take more than a few sips without him refilling, and they were busy too. Personally i dont like dining in restaurants because i feel like i never get good service, this was an exception, had a wonderful experience and will most def. be back! The manager Jeff Ceja was super friendly as well, he had heard that it was our anniversary and personally came to wish us a happy day, and like i said, they were really busy but somehow managed to have time to give us a happy anniversary and thanks for stopping by, probably my best experience with a waiter/server and manager and i will be sure to give them another visit soon as i start to get hungry again.

My first dining experience with my family was great when they first opened, but weve dined there 3 more times since and I would have to say I would not dine their again. Our recent experience was not good. The last two times everything tasted very salty or no flavor. Not sure if their cooks changed. The bread sticks were too salty and the salad were drenched in dressing. How could you go wrong with shrimp linguini you say well it was not good at all. I usually dont ever complain but it tasted like it had fungus or something. Had to return and order something else. The food was mediocre at best. And with that being said everything seemed over priced. For this money I would have rather gone to Maggianos or Maries Italian Kitchen. I really dont mind paying those prices if the food is great and amazing, but when its mediocre not so good. They at least get a rating of 2 for cleanliness and decent atmosphere.

We decided to have dinner at this Olive Garden at the last minute on a Sunday night. To make sure it wouldnt be an issue, I called ahead and gave warning that we would need a table/booth that could accommodate 4 adults and one stroller. My daughter was asleep and I am super paranoid about resting the car seat on an upside-down height chair. They said they would be able to provide seating when we arrived. Everyone was very helpful during our visit. I was able to slide the carseat into the booth and they stored the stroller out of the way of other guests. As a first time father I was very pleased with the service they provided me. I was able to enjoy a nice meal with friends and family. I would recommend this location to others with children. Have no fear my fellow parents! Great food and great beers on tap and in bottles!!

Went to Fallbrook Olive Garden on a Saturday nite ordered via on-line. 4 dinners ordered three were fine but one (Eggplant parmigiana) ,this is an order I always have enjoyed until now. Before there were 4 slices eggplant breaded and fried about 1/4" thick slices, great balance of breading and eggplant , this time 6 slices, (I think deep fried) cut so thin I could not taste the eggplant. I will try this one more time but if they are the same thin tasteless dish I will try a different Olive Garden. I. Realize they are trying make cuts where they can to increase profits but this is not the right way. While I was waiting for my order (which about 15mins after the pick up time ) 3 phone orders came in and were asked to hold but were never picked up.

Many many many years ago before Walmart took over for Kmart their used to be a Olive Garden in the location that now belongs to Stone Fire Grill and being my home growing up was in West Hills I was saddened when it closed but a few years ago it reopened in the spot right next door to their prior home (in the Walmart parking lot street side of Fallbrook) everytime I go in there its just as good as it was before ... I recommend the cheese ravioli in alfredo sauce and order a side of Italian dressing to go with the unlimited breadsticks fresh out of the over they are AMAZING

had a great lunch with my wife! salad and breadsticks always hit the spot and my favorite shrimp pasta was delicious adding extra shrimp makes it even better. it was our first time sitting at the bar and wont be our last because Jose was on point the whole time! we will definitely go again during the day and sit at the bar instead of dinner at a booth. thanks to Joses recommendation we have a new favorite drink, Berry Sangria.

We just got home from dining at the new Olive Garden, West Hills, CA and had the best meal in a long time. Our waitress (sorry, forgot her name - black hair/ponytail) was sweet and a pleasure to have serve us. I ordered the Gluten-free Rotini Primavera and my husband ordered the Chicken Scampi (on the waitress recommendation). He loved it and mine was delicious! Thank you to our waitress and the chefs. I came here for lunch on a weekday. Our server was very nice and efficient. Although, it took a little bit longer than usual for our food to be cooked, for a moment I thought that they might have forgotten to put our order in. I will probably come back though and give it another shot, they might of just been short staffed in the kitchen this day. As far as food goes, I recommend the Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo.

Its Fathers day. We waited over an hour from ordering before our food was ready. Then when I received my plate, there was a hair on the side of my plate. The manager comped our meals but it still was not good for my fathers day dinner. We left without eating.

Elizabeth Mason really liked the food and the service. Megan was great and the new electronic pay was a fun feature. Liz says OG is a place to come back to. I agree
