This place is very much on the expensive side for a chain burger joint, but you are paying for the best burger and fries in Simi. The patties are juicy, the ingredients are fresh, and it all comes together to make one big delicious mess. All of the Five Guys stores are usually decorated with reviews from various publications across the country and, I guarantee, they are all well-deserved. While waiting for your food, you can help yourself to a serving of salted peanuts. I find that to be a nice touch, though I usually do not bother having any. The staff does what they are supposed to do, which is take your order and cook you food. No complaints there. Really, what more would you expect? This is a place to get delicious burgers, not French cuisine.

So my friend and I came here 2 weeks ago and just FYI its really expensive for a run of mill burger joint.the service was poor and the worker dropped the fries on the floor and picked them up and put them vack in the bag and he turned ariund and looked like nobody saw but we did from the corner of the store and the fries were greasy and put in the vag on top of the burger so when you go to eat your food theres geease all over your hand overall poor service and poor food quality translates to sloppy review also vurger tasted like it was in the microwave anybody could of made a better burger

Flavor to cost ratio is terrible. Any Habit burger blows away Five Guys, and its 1/4 the cost! Dont waste your time, simply go to Habit or In-N-Out for a far superior burger for a fraction of the cost. And btw, all the ranting and raving posted on the walls about this place is proof theyve got nothing to show. If you have to try that hard to convince people your burger is good, somethings wrong. Shut down and go back east where you came from!

I love Five Guys and wanted to support my local Simi location but it unfortunately is not as good as the one in Thousand Oaks. The food just doesnt taste as fresh and good, and the prices are the same. Employees here are generally nice though. I typically do the extra drive to TO honestly. Ive been to each location 5-10 times and TO is consistently better food than Simi ☹️

For the first time in maybe 5 years the fries were just not good. They tasted like they were double fried. We asked for a new batch and they were the same. Over cooked almost like a potato chip. Also for the first time, my hamburger was wrong. Maybe its because the Super Bowl is on and the staff doesnt want to be here?

Burgers were ok, cheese was just kraft cheese that normally comes in those plastic indv wrappers, kinda greasy. Big servings on both the burgers and the fries. The cheeseburger comes with 2 patties the little burger comes with 1. The regular fries are enough for probably 3 people.

I love Five Guys. I cant say much more than that. If Im going to get s fast food burger it will be either here or In-N-Out. But if youre tired of eat In-N-Out and you want a new taste in burger, this is the place to go.

Customization of the burgers (hot sauce and jalapeños) is the best part. Otherwise they are overpriced. Fries are never crispy because they use peanut oil.
