Everyone there is confused as to whats going on which makes you always have to wait for something. I watched the girl serving give big portions to the people waiting before me while stuff cooked and then when they got to my food, skimpy portions cuz they were almost out again. When I asked for a little more chow mien she gave me 3 more noodles??? Wtf. On top of all that they strarted to close my teriyaki chicken without even asking if i want sauce, the sauce is what makes it teriyaki. Also confused my order and didnt get the egg rolls I asked for. Horrible service every time so far but the closest one to me since I just moved. I wish I could rate a zero. Get more on top of your cooking so orders arent backed up and be fair with everyone with portion size!!! Also just realized they didnt give me any sweet and sour with my 2 orders off egg rolls and the guy at the register gave a dirty look when I asked for chop sticks too! HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!

The girls that work here are extremely disrespectful !! I took a picture of the kid that decided it was acceptable to argue with me and make faces behind my back where my children saw. All because i told her it shouldnt be necessary to show my ID when using a debit card to pay. Of course I showed the girl my identification but felt very uncomfortable about it. Her and her associate began to berate me as well as my children over my comment regarding her insistance for my identification. I will be following up with corporates regional office as soon as buisness day opens tommorrow. Very disrespected and disappointed.

I visit several Panda restaurants several times per week, and I must say that this location on Devonshire and Mason, gives very skimmy portions that leave you feeling hungry. They give about a third less of food than other Pandas. I know it is their management, and not the workers as different workers told me that they are required to give the small portions. So I feel cheated, but sometimes I cant get to another location, but I have found other Chinese fast food restaurants lately that give a larger portion, have no MSG, have great tasting and very fresh food, and run about the same amount of money or less.

They always skimp on the portions. Ive been going to panda express for about 10 years and they always fill up the container. This is the only location Ive been to that doesnt. Admittedly the staff is really nice but I spend $10+ and leave disappointed and hungry everytime. Today was my last visit. Ill stick to other locations...

It was 9:30 pm they close at 10 and they dont want to mk anything that is not done already but they dont have much to choose from. We have 9 orders and lots of people standing in line to order. I DONT GET IT! I have never gone to a panda like this. They dont even deserve a one star.

This is the closest Panda Express to my house and I have no complaints. Service has been good every time I have come in. My favorite items are the Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef. They share the plaza with a few other businesses so at peak times you may not find parking right in front.

Run out of items quite a bit. While dining inside ten minutes before closing chairs were placed upside-down on tabletops while floors were mopped. Trash cans were combined into one big resepticle with lid removed to prop open the front door to dry floors Im guessing guessing.

Good food but the restaurant was really dirty. I found the cleanest table. Other patrons had to use napkins to clean up themselves. Thats a failure on the employees. The cashier should spend less time soliciting for donations and more time making sure the restaurant is clean.

Not a good location. Rice is always old, and dishes usually are. Location, esp drink counter is always a mess. Have to wait for food a lot of the time. Resturant needs to make less food more often to keep it fresh.

I visit here often for work lunch. The food is always fresh. Lines could be up to five minutes when busy. If you get lucky and the right chef is cooking, the usually good chow mein can be downright amazing.
