OLIVE GARDEN IS NOT SANITARY!!! After watching a group of drunken fools sit at the bar and vomit 3 times directly on the bar while the bar tender laughed it off with no intention to cleaning up the mess, while other guests came through the door to sit down is just disgusting. We were so disgusted we should have just left, but we had a gift card and decided to finish our meal. We sat and had a quite dinner and when we told the manager he didnt act very shocked and barely apologized for what we just experienced. He agreed that he would talk with the Bar tender and that was it. We were shocked and completely horrified. I had to personally get out of my chair and tell the other guests not to sit in the vomit zone because the bar tender could have cared less. It was just disgusting. If that is how the management runs the restaurant, imagine how unsanitary the kitchen must be. I wouldnt doubt the food is contaminated.

The food was great but the service was absolutely horrible! I went with 2 other co-workers during lunch and the attitude we received and the snarky comments from our server were mortifying! Not only that two of us where charged extra after we left and signed our receipts and when I called and reported it to the manager she asked if she could call me back because she needed to open the restaurant which I didnt over think until she never called. Its really upsetting that my concerns werent priority for her. Its not so much about the $1 that was stolen after I had already signed my receipt and payed but the principal behind it all and Olive Garden is okay with staffing a server that stole money from us. Makes me wonder how many other people she has done that to. Shame on You!

My family and I have eaten at Olive Garden 40 or 50 times over the last 10 years. My last two visits will likely be my last. In an attempt to eat a healthier dish I ordered a meal that included asparagus. It was served overcooked and inedible. I asked the server for a second serving and it was prepared exactly the same. I spoke to the manager and he admitted they nuke it in the microwave for 4 or 5 minutes. Are you kidding me? All you have to do is drop it in boiling water for 5 minutes and its perfect. Or, you can boil it in advance THEN nuke it for 30 seconds and its fine. This is the kind of thing that gives chain restaurants a bad name. Learn to cook your fresh vegetables or stick to the can.

Long time customer and I have to say, this Olive Garden in particular is horrible at service. Be careful because the hosts and the waiter will actually follow you outside if you do not give him/her a tip. Never once since i was there did ANYONE come by and check if my table was doing alright. Just refilling the salad took 3 time to ask and about 15-20 minutes. In all honesty and respect, just save your money.

I like this spot cause theres plenty of parking and try get you seated quickly. The food is good and they serve wine here too. I really like the salad and bread at Olive Garden because theyre fresh and endless. The only thing Im not crazy about is the lack of a healthy alternative menu so you have to read the menu and make your choice.

Foods good and Prices a little high on some things, BUT...no reservations or call aheads taken (although they told us they would for 6+ - but then they would not next time around). Very little adult supervision, disorganized, and very long waits so if you have no timetable and arent too hungry to wait, its decent

30 minute wait. Omelette was watery and chicken in it was hard to find. Fruit was not ripe, and melons in fruit cup had rind still on it. Very crowded feeling at the table...barely enough room for plates & glasses...bumped into people at neighboring table who had a high chair. Overall not a relaxing experience.

Great waiter, great food. Had a issue with my daughters plate having a boys tiny hair in it and not only did they not charge us for the plate but they brought a fresh new one. You cant always help things happening and they came to us, apologized and fixed the issue. Awesome place and dessert was amazing

Location is off the path, making this a hidden gem! Truly amazing food and great service. good selection of wines, great for big groups, pizza and pasta dishes are delicious. One of the best tiramisu - not too sweet. Kids and husband enjoy their pizza! Clams and linguine was cooked perfectly.

This place never fails to go above and beyond for my family and me. Whenever i ask for them to bring out my 3 year old sons food first they get it out at the same time as the drinks. AND the manager is always around to make sure there wasnt anything that needs to be addressed or improved.

Service is okay, depending who your server is; they can be overly attentive or not check in enough. I love that they greet you with smiles when entering & thank you with smiles when exiting. The lunch menu is awesome, small portions, good options, and great prices.

I used their To-go service. My order was correct and the food was good, but they failed to include utensils with my meal. As I was traveling on a business trip, it took some time to find silverware at the hotel resulting in my food no longer being hot.

Inexcusable poor service. Hostess fought over our original table then walked us to a table where the server had already punched out and went home. Waited over 20 minutes to get a glass of water and order. Food was mediocre and portions small.

Slightly overpriced Italian food of numerous varieties. Got the cheese ravioli once and could taste the freezer burn on it. I know its a chain but, come on, Olive Garden, start making your pasta in house and I promise itll pay off.

Kendall is the BEST!!! Olive Garden is lucky to have her! Had an engagement and needed to leave asap. A miracle was a must. Kendall made it happen... great food, great service, and a miracle worker... what more can you ask for.

I have always enjoyed the Olive Garden good food and good service just one thing is the salid instead of iceberg need change to greener lettice. However its not a big deal because the spegette and meatballs is the best ever.

Loved the waitress (Latino Lady, I think her name was Maria, I forgot) and the rest of the staff was so darn friendly, diverse and full of energy. My dish was great and dessert (Tiramisu) excellent, I loved this place.

Nice place for dinner - love their salad and rolls. The staff here is friendly and efficient. Sometimes it can be very noisy - so not a place to go if you want a quiet dinner. We enjoy the food here.
