Horrible customer service!! My daughter accidentally spilled her drink on her and all over tge floor. I informed the workers that i needed towels to clean it up and the guy at the register said someone will be out to clean it up. This girl comes out with 1 towel and i told her she was gonna need more and she stopped looked at the mess, sucked her teeth and let out a sigh and the most ridiculous look across her face. Instead of moving to get more towels she looked at my daughter (who was trenched with soda) and rolled her eyes at her. I quickly cleaned my daughter gathered my stuff and left. As soon as we got to the car my daughter started to cry because 1 she was trenched with soda, 2 she was incredibly embarrassed and 3 the lady made my daughter feel horrible. So disappointed...

This is a pretty good Pick Up Stix location. There isnt much space to eat inside though with only about 5-6 tables inside, but there are a couple outdoor tables as well. All the times Ive come here the staff has been pretty nice. They do deliver, but only through 3rd party apps/sites (LA Bite, Doordash, & Restaurants On The Run). My favorite is the house special chicken, I recommend it.

Horrible customer service. Katie V.needs training on how to help customers. She already knows how to treat customers bad. Or maybe its just people over 30 especially if you are over 65, she doesnt like, because 2 females about 20 came in & she was nice as pie. Shes good at showing how much she hates her job. If you want to be treated with respect dont go to this location.

I showed up at 920p hoping for fried rice and they had already locked their doors. I know they close at 930p, but they shouldnt have been closed 10 mins early. Closing early is bad for business.
