I took the time to write this public review because of the worst service and management Ive received for my first visit at this establishment. My table ordered the large size wings, so the order was 10 mild traditional, 5 lemon pepper traditional, and 5 garlic parmesan traditional. We didnt eat the 10 traditional mild wings because they were really soggy and undercooked. I kindly told the waiter to please take the wigs back and ask the manager if they may remove it from my bill. The waiter took the soggy wings and the bones from the other 10 wings we had already eaten back to the kitchen, and informed us of other tables with the same complaint about the wings. The manager then came to our table with the bones in hand and shoved it to us saying he cannot remove the wings from our bill because have eaten too many wings. I told him that the waiter had taken back the other half of the order that we didnt eat because they were too soggy, and he refused to cooperate. He was shaking the plate that contained the bones so harshly that he even dropped a few on our table and one splashed into a guests drink. At the end, I ended up paying full price for wings that we only ate half of. The manager was a complete jerk, and I seriously do not recommend to dine here for the poor quality in food and service. The restaurant was nice inside but the seating is kind of ackward. We were seated at table next to a dividing wall that separates the one side of the room from the center. On the other side of the wall was a high rised table which overlooked the wall so the people at the table can look down on you. It felt kind of weird so we moved to another table. You can barely have a conversation in the restaurant because the music is too loud. I dont know if its because we were seated in the center of the restaurant where the bar and speakers are located at but you can barely hear peoples conversation. Our server was nice and friendly. She greeted us promptly and took our order within a few minutes. However, she only came by once to check up on us. Luckily, we didnt need a drink refill or else we would be waiting for a while. When we finished our lunch and walked out of the restaurant, we saw 5 employees standing at the front counter talking to one another. Not one of them ever thanked us for dining at the restaurant as we walked out the restaurant. I couldnt believe it. Even my daughter who is 12 years old noticed it. These employees need to learn what customer service is.

If I could give it -1000000 stars I would... not only is the wait eternal; even when it’s not that busy as it usually is.. 90% of the employees are RUDE and disrespectful.. We the customers are the reason why you make a living, if you don’t like working in customer service related things look for something else. It’s not even the fact that we waited an hr to get seated when it wasn’t busy.. it’s the fact that we waited over 30 mins after being seated with absolutely no one showing up to even let us know hey we’ll be with you eventually or whatever.. even when a good 10 employees were walking around serving tables next to us or simply just standing and doing nothing and when we decided to politely ask we were told “ It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been waiting; you HAVE TO WAIT FOR YOUR WAITER TO COME” like wth!! Teach your employees some etiquette or better yet focus on hiring people with manners, trust me you will do yourselves a favor!

Ive heard that other B-dubs locations are better than this Northridge location, but I personally cant speak for this opinion. What I do know is that the wings here arent very good. Wild sauce is the only traditional style hot wings sauce that actually tastes good too. Blazin and Hot taste like spicy vinegar, which isnt appetizing. Traditional wings arent very good. Its kind of hard to take the chicken completely off the bone, and wingless are as hard as slightly stale bread. Wait times are a bit attrocious at times, ranging from 15 minutes to nearly 2 hours. The customer service is also a little sub-par. Some waiters do seem to care a lot, but the front end can be a lot better. Id recommend going to a different place of you want REALLY good wings and a better dining experience. If you want a sports bar with wings, this place seems alright, I guess.

We hated our experience here. We came in to celebrate our friends bday and we waited 40 minutes to get our food. Should of just left by the 30 minutes but we were all there already and hungry. By the time we got our food, it was cold. Our fries where cold and hard, my daughters mac n cheese was cold, our wings where cold, everything was cold. She even brought us another drink when I wasnt finished with the first, and we didnt even order the refill.. We told our waiter its our friends bday 3 times and no one ever came to say Happy day or a anything. It was really bad and I regret leaving her a tip. They didnt deserve it at all. Dont go here. For me there will not be a next time.

The food was great but the service was terrible !!! The host Jessica looked like she didnt know what she was doing AT ALL WHATSOEVER!! She told me it was a 45 minute wait & I waited for 1 hour & a 1/2!!!! What is that ! & only to find out she wrote down my number wrong so thats why I never got the text that my table was ready. I seriously think she should get re trained on how to be a host. She also had an attitude with me when I told her she got my number wrong. In my opinion she should get trained again on how costumer service works or just get fired. Im unpleased with Jessicas service. Other than that, the food & waiter were great !!

Sitting at the bar having a great experience. Good food, beer and service. They changed the TV right in front of me to the game I wanted. Everything was going perfect until some douchebag dude started his shift behind the bar. When will management of these types of places clue in to the fact that guys want to be served by women not douchebag dudes. The girls were doing such a great job. Now this guy who clearly spends too much time admiring himself in the mirror is in my face asking me too many questions when the girls were perfectly handling things. I want to punch his face in then smash his head off the bar 10-15 times.

Worst service ever. Repeatedly. Ive been to several locations, and by this location is by far the worst of them all. The only thing they ever seem to get to get constkistently right is poorly handled management. I once went with a group of friends and family for my best friends birthday, and our 3 merged tables were completely ignored. i could understand if it was a single person with a small to go order, however this was a group of a minimum of at least 10.
