Never going to this Jollibee location ever again. I love the food but the service is JUST TERRIBLE. I am not one to leave out reviews at all, but I cannot let this pass. Pretty much I paid extra for food that I specifically ordered as additional, BUT THEY DO NOT CARE ENOUGH TO MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE! IF YOU ARE GOING TO ORDER FOOD FROM HERE (especially To-Go orders) ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK all food with your receipt.

Food was good, once they made it correctly the 3RD TIME!! How hard is a burger with no pineapple and extra lettuce? Apparently its nearly impossible at this location. Been ordering the same burger for years at the Daly City location and theyve NEVER gotten my order wrong, but the first time at this location and they couldnt handle a simple order. Unfortunately, I just moved into a condo 1 block from here. :-(
