I order a tri tip sandwich with onions and cheese, along with sweet potato fries. The fries were cooked nice and crispy (perfect in my opinion!). the meal came quickly and the women at the counter was very friendly. Food was a bit pricey 12.50 for sandwich and fries. But the meat had great flavor. Compared to fire stone, I think i would still choose firestone for the environment, lower price and flavor of the bread. My friend ordered garlic fries and they were delicious :]

Boones is certifiably the only authentic southern style barbecue in SLO. Low and Slow is the way to go and their the only ones who actually use smoke. The junk down town is thrown in a pressure cooker or burned over flavorless charcoal but Boones uses red oak and cooks everything looooong and slow. Dont waste your time anywhere else if youre looking for something good. Tell them Rick sent you.

Im in town for business and decided to get some food to go. The food was horrible!!! they for got the potato salad and the milkshakes were very running. The strawberry short cake was nasty and not a true shortcake, they used biscuits and it was very running and disgusting. This was a waste of $31.00 McDonalds food is 5 star compared to G brothers food.

Great BBQ. Great service. Cant believe a guy would come on here and disrespect a place for a couple of side dishes and not even mention this places main servings...MEAT! What an idiot if they think their one bad experience with dessert would detour anyone else from coming to G-Brothers...hilarious! :P

Mediocre at best...meat (beef ribs, chicken) was dry, brisket was okay; bbq sauce was peppery, not flavorful; beans tasted like they were out of a can, the cole slaw wasnt fresh; sticky and less-than-clean table-tops. Pass this one by. Plus side: decent selection of beer - bottled and on tap.

OM-G Brothers!!! This place is amazing!! I had the pork burrito and everything about it was perfect! My husband had the brisket and eggs and the brisket was tender and delicious. We will definitely be back when we pass through town!! Very easy access off the highway too.

Awful just awful, I dont understand how the rating is 4.3! Chicken was super dry BBQ sauce on chicken and ribs were crap. I upgraded my garlic bread to onion rings for 1.50 more and I literally got 3 pieces of onion rings! SMH not to mention the service was terrible too.

Pretty nice place. Ate breakfast here. First time going here and I ordered some breakfast, the cashier told me they actually dont serve breakfast after 12 but they made an exception for me... probably because I was the only customer in the store. Portion sizes are okay.

A fantastic dive. Every day 3-5pm $1 tacos and PBR. The tortillas are fried, and the meat is just a pinch spicy. Easily one of the best places for a late lunch in town, and never gets too crowded. The regular menu has a great selection as well.
