Started coming here a year ago because I had moved down the street. First time was amazing, the staff was friendly, food was amazing, and always loved the reggae music playing. Really had a Hawaiian feeling to the place. But as the months went by, quality of the food and customer service started swirling down. I went today and the cashier looked like he hated his job. Not one smile was given and voice was low. The Musubi were good but could have been better. But I also ordered a side a macaroni salad, it was horrible. Looked like it was left out all day, the macaroni wasnt fully cooked (still had a crunch to it), and didnt get as much as I use to. And to top it off, there was no music. It was dead silent in there (can here other people there chewing their food and it felt awkward just waiting for my food. Hopefully they hire new friendly faces and at least leave the music on for people to enjoy listening to while they wait for their order Now theyre just a place that I use to know.

Dissatisfied with the food and service here. The lady that rang me up took forever to take my order and still somehow managed to mess it up... Apparently, she was also the cook there. Needless to say, our chicken was chewy and overcooked... We had the chicken katsu. It took about thirty minutes for two orders and, then she apologizes because she forgot to somehow charge me for our pineapple popos. Id understand if it was busy but, the restaurant was dead when we ordered. Definitely not worth going back. There was this other girl, Aracelia. She seemed to have things together a little more than the other one. She took care of us after the first cashier flopped.

Disappointed ever since they got a new manager it went down hill from there, you have to wait forever for your food some workers dont know what they are doing. I will not be going back anymore. I ordered one plate and waited 30 min. I then asked how much longer would it be? They forgot about my plate! I told them to give me a refund and I left very upset, especially when I sat there and seen people that came in after me get there food and left and I never got mine. Never again will I come back.

You want real authentic Hawaiian food at a very decent cost??? This is the absolute best place to go! Ive been going to L & L Hawaiian Barbecue since I was young with my family but I have now used L & L Hawaiian Barbecue for several catering events at my job and at home and have never been disappointed! The food is always amazing, cost is great, and so easy for delivery/catering/pickup- Ive done all three! You cant go wrong here, seriously!!

Ive been here before and enjoyed their food but am recently disappointed at the taste of their food and service. Rice was partially cooked and hard. The macaroni salad was plain and had too much mayonnaise. Took 30-45 minutes from time I ordered to time I received my food. Place doesnt feel/look clean. Who knows if they wash their vegetables or hands. I will stick with Oahu Hawaiin BBQ when I need my hawaain food fix.

Ive never had Hawaiian BBQ before and I dont think I need to look any further because this was excellent! The place is very clean and the staff is friendly. Very flavorful beef, chicken, and the sweet sauce with the fried chicken was fantastic. Apparently they make the sauce from scratch and is not some sort of mix. Cant wait to go back with my family for lunch!

After asking for my meat well done and i get it pretty much raw then after fighting with it it looks like a plastic meat instead of real beef all do she replaced it with a fresh pice of beef still the same thing plastic beef chewy , worst place to eat beef .chicken on the other hand was good not the best but good Ill never step foot in this place

I have been coming since its first day open for business. The food is consistently tasty, which is why I always recommend this place to my friends. The food is made fresh after your order is received, so I can take between 8-10 minutes per order. If the place is packed it can take up to 20 minutes, but it is well worth the wait.

I was craving for some L&L when I pregnant. I didnt know there was one located here all this time! I always get their chicken katsu with an extra side of their mac salad. I hate mac salad but I very much enjoy theirs! My husband always gets their bbq mix plate but get half and half (no chicken, he says it tastes undercooked).

The reason behind my 1 star is that there was only 1 cook and 1 employee taking orders... Waited 57 MINUTES for our order to be ready... The owner came in, expressed my disliking and was told... "We are short handed" but did nothing to compensate... Positive side, the food was good, that would have been given 3*...

Bit of a wait for the food, but friendly staff and mostly status quo L&L food. One of the musubis I ordered didnt have the seaweed closed all the way so it fell apart as soon as I picked it up. Overall, I still love L&L.

Rice bowl had liquid in the bottom of it.. it was not delicious. But I ate it because I was hungry.. I wont be back.. However the staff was very pleasant. And made me feel welcomed.. Too bad the food wasnt on point..

People are always friendly and good food. If want fast food, this is not the place. It may take time to prepare your food but it is worth the wait. Wait times vary on your order, about 10 to 20 minutes.

Hawaiian BBQ is a lot better, I normally go there. The rice was sticky & mushy not like sticky rice just completely overcooked. Katsu chicken & teriyaki chicken were just ok, macaroni salad was good.

Great food and decent service but they shut down their grill 30 minutes before closing. Bad business move. Thats turned me away twice especially since I love their short ribs.

Just ordered some spare ribs regular, welp spare rib some are done n some are bloody still. Overall this place has change not for the best but worst lost my vist for sure..
