The associates are friendly. Ive been to this specific store 3 times since we moved here always spending over $40.00. Every time they take my order and money, only to tell me after Ive already waited 5 minutes that the chicken wont be ready for 13, 11, 9 minutes. So I wait because the hassle of getting my money back and find another place all while my family is waiting at home for dinner. I was never offered a discount or drink for the inconvenience and on top of that, the "times" they gave for the chicken were all lies. Ive had to wait almost 30 minutes ALL 3 TIMES Ive been there. This last and FINAL visit today, not only did I wait almost 25 minutes, but I got all the way home and my large sides were HALF full. This is egregious that I spent just under $50.00, had to wait an exorbitant amount of time with NO OTHER guests in the dinning room, but they sent me with 4 large sides HALF full. Popeyes has lost my business permanently!!!!!

This Popeyes has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Went there 6/29 got into to the drive thru and waited and waited, there was one car ahead of me at the speaker we sat there for about 10 minutes, I asked him if they had taken his order yet and they had not, I could not back out as there was other cars behind me. Then it was finally my turn and no one acknowledge me at the speaker, I sat there for 10 minutes and got fed up so drove up to the window the person in front of me was sitting at the window still. I parked my car and went in and spoke to the manager and here response was I have no excuse. If you want poor or no service and incorrect orders (on a previous visist) Please go to this Popeyes. NOT!!!!

Everytime I go to this location I am disappointed!!! I love the brand but feel like at this location, there is no emphasis on quality or care of the overall customer experience. Today for example, I order a kids meal for my son with a mild leg and an extra mild leg... only to find out when I get home, they gave me spicy. On a different occasion I ordered an family meal and was told to pull forward to wait for fresh biscuits and when I get to my location to share my meal, there were now biscuits in my bag. I do not plan I returning to this location ever... #popeyeslouisianakitchenfailure

Come here about 3 times a month . WAS good,until the last couples we came through drive through. We where given wrong iteams both times or missing iteams. Ordered chicken meals and got seafood! ?? Biscuits may have been made with concrete? Called the store 6 times!!! 6!!!! To complain And they just hung up. I guess they where too busy playing on there cell phones... Called 1800 and got told they would make our 34$ meal rite that we tossed out .. we got a 5 dollar off coupon. Whoop! Never will go again KFC is rite across the way !

Cant say enough of how much I LOVE their chicken! Everytime Ive went there, the chicken tastes as though they just fried it. And their biscuits are DIVINE. The staff is very helpful in suggesting items that might be of lower price,too, and answering questions about the food that I have. I love coming here on my grocery shopping day. Never crowded, food tastes fresh, and always relatively quiet. Try ANY of their $5 meal boxes, you wont be sorry!

We went here after seeing several commercials of herb and pepper flavored chicken... Its not. The chicken seemed a bit more real than other fast food restaurants but honestly for the price, not worth it. The best thing about this place is the side dishes. The Cajun fries and mashed potatoes are pretty tastey but the chicken itself is pretty bland and ordinary. I dont think well go back.

The chicken was alright.... I guess..... we ordered an 18 piece spicy chicken and was given some chicken that tasted like there regular chicken, absofreakinglutely no spice.... NONE! The side of fries, oh please, refrying OLD french fries and saying that they are fresh out of the fryer doesnt mean that they are fresh! I highly recommend that you stay clear of this place!

Always they got a wait. Manager very rude. Dont know whats going on . After paying through drive thru they tell me to wait 3 minutes for the fries.and to park my car. Well 7 cars was parked waiting for food. Ended up waiting for 20 minutes to get my food. If she had told me b4 I paid I would have swapped my fries with something else. Not going back again .

... third time in a row... Charged for something that didny make it into the bag. How hard is that? Customer orders x,y,z... you charge them for x,y,z... Yet you only manage to put x and z in the bag. You have one job dude... And its an easy one.

They were amazing when they first opened and just went down hill from there. Anytime we have gone in the past few months the only thing worth eating is the mashed potatoes and gravy and not even that some times.

SO AWFUL I ORDERED A 1/4 POUND SHRIMP AND IT CANE WITH 8 pieces of shrimp. These assholes took 5 minutes to get the the window and they werent even busy ! Then they forgot to give our drink. Awful service

They NEVER have more than a few pieces cooked, and there is always a long wait. Side dish containers to go have rarely been even close to full. Suggest a different Popeyes choice.

Forget KFC, Popeyes has excellent chicken thats not overly greasy or cooked. I suggest the spicy which is just right and not to hot.
