Lugar Vegano de buen sazón. Aunque yo no soy fanático de la comida vegana puedo decir que es una buena opción y los platillos son servidos con una excelente presentación y gran sazón. Lo mejor son los smoothies. El lugar es de tendencia hippie y aunque suena a cliché no es muy limpio. Había goteras y mesas sucias. El servicio y los empleados muy amigables y serviciales. El restaurante se encuentra en una terraza en el 4to piso y por estar en un edificio de consultorios no pareciera que existe, deberían mejorar la vista en la recepción. Todo hace sinergia con el lugar ya que en los consultorios dan yoga y masajes. También hay una tiendita de cosas hippies. El precio, como todo lo vegano, es alto para las cantidades e ingredientes utilizados. Volvería para conocer el ambiente en las noches o para los desayunos. Si quieren más estrellas la Buena vibra ayuda pero falta limpieza y volverse profesionales. Esto puede ser un negocio franquiciable pero deben dejar de pensar como una fonda.

If I could gave this place negative stars I would. The food was very bland and the customer service was the worst I have ever had. I got spaghetti squash and my boyfriend got the vegan burger. My boyfriend could not stomache his. I tried a bite of his and agreed on it tasted horrible. My boyfriend went up to the service counter to ask if he could get something new or maby even a discount on getting a new smoothie, instead he ended up being bitched out by the woman working the cash register on 10/16/16. She had the worst tone ive ever heard and my boyfriend was being so polite when he asked her. It was degreading she mocked him when he asked if he could get something else because he didnt like the burger. *Walks up the counter* "UMMM yeah can I help you or something?!?" "Yeah I didn;t really like my burger is there something.." The woman "Well thats the first time ive ever heard anyone not liking the veggie burger, WOW um what do you expect me to do?" Him- "Um can I just get something else or a smoothie instead?" Woman - "No, I dont think so we dont do that here. You aready took a bite of it so yeah, no. Does that make any sense to you?" Probally the most unprofessional service and food weve ever had.

100% Vegan, Organic, eco-conscious and DELISH - what more can you ask for? Oh, how about a great ambience on a rooftop patio with city and ocean views, and if youre very lucky, youll get to witness a live aerial yoga class for either kids or adults in the adjacent aerial yoga and yoga spaces. Their indoor place is filled with good vibes too. We had a BLTrilogy Buckwheat Crepe with Eggplant bacon, avocado and aioli sauce, Chili Yam dish with a delicious sauce, and a Sexy Soup of the Day which was a suuuuuuper creamy Curry Cauliflower and Chickpea soup. Yummy, healthy, and filling. We had a wonderful time in the outdoor patio, enjoyed our meal and an aerial yoga class show, and we cant wait to go back because those Spring Rolls everybody was ordering looked VERY tempting... We might even return for them for dinnertime ;) Thank you so much!!! We need more restaurants like Trilogy Sanctuary committed to integrity when it comes to real sustanable and customers health (LOVE)

Great vibe from the place! Not a vegan, but the food wasnt bad. Trilogy Sanctuary is located on a rooftop with great views; the setting pushes this review up to 4 stars. You have the option of pouring for yourself regular or fruit infused water. A good number of their food options looked great looking around. I tried the nachos, spring rolls, and tasted some of an acai bowl. The flavor was better than expected, but in the end I do prefer my food with meat! (The Acai ofcourse, was great without meat.) Most of the options here are not very large, so if you have a large appetite you may need more than one item.

Amazing food, fun atmosphere and kid friendly!!! It is not always easy to go out to eat for our plantbased family. We love to cook and enjoy cooking so to go out to a regular local restaurant with little vegan options is not worth it. We also have 2 young children so that also makes it more difficult. Trilogy was a dream! Great service, AMAZING FOOD, casual and fun atmosphere with options to sit on couches, tables , bar tables, inside or outside. We live in 4s ranch but will definitely drive the 25 minutes to eat here again!!

Awesome I am a Maharishi Ayurveda (MAV) Health Consultant, and personally follow the MAV guidelines for health. I am in La Jolla for a MAV seminar, and found this place! This restaurant is the ONLY place I have ever eaten that satisfied me on every level: totally freshly prepared, organic, gourmet tastey, gourmet presented, happy friendly cooks and staff, no GMO etc, ... My husband is not vegetarian (he likes fish), -and is a picky eater, and he felt the same way. Wish there was one of these everywhere! Thanks!

This place is incredible. My girlfriend and I are always looking for healthy options because we have a lot of food allergies between us. We could eat anything on the menu here and although it was a little pricey the portions are more than generous which makes up for it. The atmosphere is also really great. Its very calming and peaceful. A great rest to enjoy breakfast. I highly recommend this place.

This yoga studio & cafe is a yogis paradise in the heart of La Jolla: tasty organic + vegan cafe, infrared yoga (heated) classes, aerial yoga & tons of events & workshops. Try the Perfect Tacos and every dessert is amazing…the smoothies looked good too.They also have a bohemian & eco-friendly boutique with unique gifts + yoga apparel. A must visit in San Diego!

Healthy but very tasty. Everything is 100% organic, vegan, and gluten-free. But really, the real success of this place is that I can take all my carnivorous friends and family here and they still love the food. The ambiance is nice and the view is great. Parking can be a pain at peak hours, but hey, thats just life in La Jolla.

Super delicious vegan food, great gluten free options. Really nice smoothies too! Only gripe is that the portions are pretty small and its pretty darn expensive. But I think thats just part of the deal when it means making your own tortillas, gluten free bread, and other ingredients from scratch! Beautiful view and nice space.

OMG! I found my most favorite spot in San Diego...FINALLY I can order and eat ANYTHING on the menu. That is not easy when you are organic vegan & gluten free. Yeah, can you imagine? Eating out at restaurants was a nightmare. Now I have rooftop oasis with acrobatic yoga area to entertain me. Oh, this place is divine!

We were looking for a vegan breakfast place yesterday and found this restaurant. You wont regret coming here. Its a great concept where amazing food meets yoga. You can enjoy outstanding food on their rooftop patio while soaking in the yoga vibe. We came back today again and tried some more breakfast plates. Loved it

This place was amazing eats and all vegan! I had the perfect tacos and was so beyond impressed. The texture and flavor was on point and the price wasnt bad either! Great views, great atmosphere, and great service. I plan on stopping here next time I am in the area for a second round! You have to check this place out!
