My first time eating here on Sunday i walked in and I got the $19.99 deal it came with a huge pizza 2 liter soda and a 6 piece wings . Not bad for $19.99 I feel so bad for the staff having to sit in the heat while they work no a/c inside . They took forever to take my order they need more staff on hand , once I ordered I asked how long the wait will be they told me 20 minutes . I said ok and the lady forgot to give me my receipt and I noticed she didnt wash her hands after dealing with money which is poor food handling didnt pay to much in mind because I was treated with poor respect and was mad I was just assuming they were having a hard day when I went back inside they the two men where taking orders I asked if my order was ready and they asked for my receipt and told them the lady forgot to give it to me . They told me 5 minutes more I stayed inside waiting they took another 15 minutes . They were paying more attention to the delivery orders then the people walking in and ordering which we were there way longer . Finally after waiting for 45 minutes I finally received my pizza wings he forgot to give me my soda but I told them and they gave it to me the pizza was nice and hot but smelled funny . So I checked the pizza and it looked fine (mind you I was starving ) when I went home to go sit down at eat it the wings were full of fat and had a nasty sweet taste to it I was confused because I got the spicy wings. Went to try the pizza the crust was good and the bread was soft 10 minutes later after eating 2 slices and 4 wings I got a sick and threw it all up was having stomic aches and pains and yesterday I went to the hospital turns out I ended up getting food posing from this place never will I eat here again poor staff , prices are good but not for the food you get I should have went to dominos .. very poor food handling owner needs to put better camera to see how his staff is practicing there food handling and no manager was there just staff . I give this place 1 star

At 1:59 pm on I ordered a gigante pizza from this place. The girl told me itll be 45-50 minutes for delivery which Ive agreed to. I called back at 2:55 asked where my pizza was and was told the guy should be here any minute. At 3:24 there was still no pizza so I called back and while on hold the delivery guy showed up. Almost an 45 minutes late. I paid the pizza and called since while on hold they hung up on me I called back....again to put in a complaint. I was trying to tell the girl what my issue was and all she kept saying was "what do u want me to do"? "You wanna cancel the order"? "Send back the pizza"! This had to be the worst experience in the world! I asked for the manager and she kept repeating "no manager, hes not here . Im budy"! People like her should not Be working in customer service at all. I hope a manager sees this complaint and retrains this employee if thats even possible!! Giving a one star on my part is me being generous!

One star because unfortunately, that is the lowest rating I can give this joke of an establishment. We ordered a pizza, pizza came with meat when we ordered it without, called the restaurant & no one answered, we called our driver who delivered it & he not only refused to acknowledge their mistake but refused refund or to remake our pizza. I asked him, "so my family cannot eat tonight just because you refuse to bring my money back?" He then hung up on me. I called this morning & asked to speak to a manager, the woman on the otherline got upset & said he wasnt there, I asked "so there is no management in the whole store?" She said "I SAID HES NOT HERE RIGHT NOW." & hung up on me. Go elsewhere, youll be happy you did.

Nastiest pizza ever thick ass crust asked for wings and got drummettes took over a hour to come and they werent even tossed in. Enough sauce dry as hell just nasty delivery had the nerve to call and think I was coming to the Street to get the pizza and tried to keep my five dollars claiming not to have change just screwed herself out of a tip horrible place dont ever eat here

I order online and it said it was going to be ready in 20 min. I got there 30 min after. They charged me and said it was going to be ready in 5 min. The cashier than went to the back and just put my order in the oven. Jalapenos tasted bad the ham was hard to chew . i gave it 2 stars for the wings. Those i really like. Im not going back to this place anymore.

Terrible customer service. It was my first time tonight. I Wanted to take my kids to get some good pizza and she ruined it for us. Snobby sarcastic attitude when i asked her about the prices and choices. Ordered then got my money back and cancelled. Wish i wouldve got her name. But im sure if youve been there you know who im talking about.

Ive never had a problem with the service here. They always get my order right and are very polite and welcoming to me. Pizza is so good and have great prices! I dont like pizza so that is saying something! Great deals always a to to when my kids want a pizza night
