Honestly I have to give 3 stars because its VERY expensive compared to the same pies you would get at pizza port. I spent 35$ on a large +onions and it was ok, not great. For the price I would give it 4 stars if it was $25 and 5 stars if it was $20. But when I spend $35 on one pizza it better be spectacular and URBN was not. Honestly you can get a better pizza from pizza port without spending 35 bucks to do so. In my opinion pizza port has a better environment and dough and the toppings are very similar. Dont waste your money here its just a catchy joint trying to overcharge you for a simply made pie. Its not a "bad" pizza, just not worth the prices they charge. One of the things i dont like is the fact they dont make calzones on the weekends or after lunch hours during the weekdays, I ordered a pickup and the girl offered to make my calzone into a pizza at the price of a 25$ pizza where the calzones are $10 because she said "they take longer to make", that makes sense to charge 150% more for something that they do during the lunch rush.

One of the top pizzerias along the 101 Super hungry after a long surf session at moonlight beach and came by for some pizza. New Haven style pizza (like Pepes/Sallys/Modern) cooked in a coal fired oven. I started out with a salad, which tasted great and really got me ready for the pizza. Ordered a small and a large pizza, the pizza are huge, so I had plenty to bring home. Cool take out box! Great sauce and cheese, you can tell they source top quality ingredients. I was in early and saw the staff prepping, everything is fresh and/or made in house. When I visited they were getting a new air conditioning system installed which should cool the dining room nicely on hot summer days! They have about 15 beers, half of which are on tap and a fine selection of wines if you are into that. Will definitely be back!

Used to be the best, poorly managed. Dont get me wrong, URBN has some of the best , if not the best pizza Ive ever had. But, this location is under or poorly staffed. The bathroom is filthy and disgusting. We ordered a large and were served a small by mistake and were told it was a large. Im not one want to bargain with my orders,nor will I argue. If you cant bring me a large pizza when I order a large, count me out. Its a shame because the pizza is excellent. Time to find another great pizza place. You guys blew it.

Best Pizza i had so far... partly because we chose a topping ive never seen at home in europe. Mashed potatoes turned out to be very good on a pizza! Also the quality of the food was high, the staff was nice and the beer tasted well. Of course the restaurant could be bigger, but not everything has to be big, not even here in the US. Definitely would revisit.

Great food! Recommend the sausage + pepper pizza and chopped Italian salad. Loved both! Ordered a small pizza and small size salad for 2 people to split for lunch and there was enough leftover for another meal. Definitely not the cleanest restaurant in town, but if you can get past that, definitely stop in!

I love the pizza here. My favorite is the Sausage & Peppers. Two people can split a small if you arent too hungry. They need a wider selection of beer (thus the 4 stars instead of 5) but the atmosphere is very laid back and the service is friendly.

My wife and I stopped by for our date night tonight and were pleasantly surprised. Had a gluten free meat pizza and their own draft IPA was fantastic!! Another good restaurant comes to Encinitas. Cant wait to go back!

The pizza was delicious. We were able to split a large among 4 adults. I removed a star because it just felt kind of small. Service was good, just not memorable. I liked the barn door, the interior is well done.
