I ordered a spicy chicken sandwhich with Peperjack cheese and they said it only comes with Swiss! It would be so hard to put Peperjack cheese on it? Come on man Ive been going to jack in the box since I was five and they would always do whatever I ordered just not FIVE minutes ago! Im going on strike if they reject my offer agian! Now I have to eat a cheeseless burger, Yuck!

Drive thru working couldnt give me more ranch. Like big deal if I order 10 tacos I want more then two ranch. Very rude worker because she didnt put my order in right away so because she wants her time to go down she is stressed and did not give me my sauces I asked for.

Why do you still have a sign up promoting your pumpkin and eggnog shakes when you dont have the product to make them????? Good business practice would be pulling the advertising if you cant make it. Its misleading and very disappointing!!!

Nice people, fast service. 2 Taco for 99 cents has always been the reason I go there. I have had these Tacos for years and they never get old. They were the first to make the garlic fries and wow are they addicting.

this place has no idea what customer service is. i come here for a sandwitch for lunch and it takes them more than 5 minutes to even say hello. the food is the only thing that i like about this place.
