Actually, there might not be anything wrong with Taco Bell; it might just be me. I try them again .like, once a year. And my dislike of their heavy yule log-like burritos (with nary a veggie in sight) is confirmed every time. I couldnt taste the steak for the melted-cheese-and-sauce-mess it was suspended in. The avocado was brownish and funny-tasting and the rice was flavorless. I feared this outcome so I got a chicken taco back-up, just in case. It was small and light as a feather--the opposite of the steak burrito--but unfortunately no better tasting. The chicken was shredded and seasoned with something I suppose is supposed to taste like Mexican food but was instead cumin-y and strong and boring. The cheese in this case wasnt melted at all, but it might as well have been grated carrot, for all its (non) flavor. there was nothing else on it--no sour cream or pico--nothing. Very dry. However, I did get a coffee--which was delish; better than McDonalds coffee, imo. And I tried the (clearly sinfully fattening) Cinnabon blobs (or whatever theyre called) and I must report that--with the coffee--were pretty darn incredible. So, my supper sucked. But my dessert was to die for. And the kids who took my order were--as always--sweet as can be. They must have some smart hiring managers at Taco Bell. Now if theyd just improve the tacos ....

Drive thru service poor! Wrong item-Went to get refund; however took too long do literally ate it money wise. Dont get tostada with chipotle unless u want to be Sick. Have back. Also, dont forget to ask for napkins as they are saving on th e cost. I guess they want us to wipe th e meds on our shirt or lick are hands. Coming from a Health professional. I won"t be back. Too many kids that dont quite understand th e implication of giving out bad food with poor service, as news does travel fast these days! Back to healthy food:)

I didnt mind waiting while they were getting the other people order who order alot of food. But as my turn came up all i ask for was a blue berry freeze and the guy was so nice and gave it to me for free for wait patiently. :) great customer service

I order the Meal Deal D. I love the food here. Staff is always kind and friendly. I get a great value for my money. (I feel I get a little bigger portion that at other Taco Bell that charge more for the same items.) Just great food, I just love it.

Taco bell and Pizza Hut combo. Seems like a perfect match but its hit or miss if your order is right or doesnt take forever. Or like the guy next to us who was just forgotten. Many visits though, some right on the mark and others not even close.

Best of sacramento County.. Staff is very kind. Food is perfect. Not slammed together.. Every employee is nice and easy going, except Cindy, who is cruel and vindictive.. Avoid her! They open late for ya too

Great service every time. This is the only taco Bell that gets your order right ever time too. One time, they gave me treats for my dogs that I brought with me too. Pretty cool.
