The last time I went there, approximately a year ago, there were 6 customers and it took me 15 minutes to receive my food, and it wasnt even a special order! Due to this, I decided not to go back. However, today I though Id give it another shot. Bad idea. First I ordered my chicken sandwich with no lettuce, and it came with lettuce. No big deal, I just took it off. But since I was the only customer at the time, I would think the manager who waited on me would get it right. I did receive my food in a timely manner, however, the french fries tasted like they were cooked in oil that was a year old, very nasty tasting. I wont be visiting this Burger King ever again.

The lady that took our order was very pleasant however did not put it right in the system and the food came out incorrect. In addition to the order was disgusting. Both the fries and the burgers were hard and cold i got about half of mine down and felt sick. My wife couldnt even bite through her bun it was so hard. The staff made a fresh one for her quickly. Great service....poor food quality. In addition the tables and chairs are filthy. Another patron gave me a wet paper towel to clean my table with as all of the open tables were nasty.

Ordered in drive through, a number 13 with onion rings instead of fries, medium with a Sprite. I got the 1st time a medium fry for $3.50, did not what I ordered repeated it got a small, with fries again, said no a medium got it with you guessed fries. Got out of the car and walked inside to tell the guy again. Finally after 4 orders it was right, not first bad order experience, but the worst they dont listen they dont care.

The shake machine is always "broken" They remodeled recently and it still doesnt work. I believe theyre just too lazy to clean it at night, or maybe its infested with roaches. Everytime you go in and ask they say theyre waiting on parts.... For the past 6 months. And very rarely is there a nice employee. Never going to this location again. All I want is a damn fruit loop milkshake.

Brand new inside and out. Looks great, feels clean and fresh. The guy who helped me was very friendly and helpful with my coupon I had. He said it was his first week and he wasnt exactly sure how to do it but him and the manager were awesome. definitely Have a new opinion of this particular location

Is this really a burger king? We ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and fries. Both are bad. Not fried properly and has to throw away both. Also unclean surroundings. Smell is bad. Something going on. Bk has to check the proceedings here. Very disappointed.

Very very very slow service! For fast food I wont come back to this Burger King! 2 cars in front of us and it took almost 20 minutes to get our order. A meal 2 burgers and a med drink 26.00 thats crazy!

Still undecided on this BK. They have remodeled, but are still struggling to make their stuff the BK way. The last two times I visited this store, they put a cup of mayo on my Whopper.

Very good service. Soda machine is limited to a few options. Ive seen Burger Kings with wider options, but still service was fast and respectful.
