Every. Single. Time. They always forget either 1 or more items. I live 4 miles away and yeah, I should check my order every time I leave but its fast food. Not rocket science. I dont get paid to make sure the dumb brains that work here didnt forget anything. One time I ordered a burger and THEY LITERALLY FORGOT THE HAMBURGER PATTY. Just amazes me. And the attitude on the phone when I call is beyond horrid. You have to be real special to hire the workers here and think its okay. Picture of my tacos, wow, Ive never felt oil lubricate my lips this much, even as Mexican as I am. Just saying.

This garbage ass place never ceases to fail me. I usually enjoy jack in the box but the service and workers at this one are specifically horrendous. The Smoothie machine is always broke. They forget an item every order. Fries suck always stale and cold. Food is made like trash and the workers always seem to have attitude when they pick up the phone. I told them that they forgot an item before and blamed me for driving off lol. Do yourself a favor and hit the one on Auburn blvd.

Food is always made to order so not sitting around and ending up tasting stale. The customer service during graveyard shifts is also excellent, drive thru always fast.
