The variety is pretty good, and the cost is ok, but as many Fast food companies are doing, the cashier dont speak good english, this makes the visit very poor, cause I cant get what I want my way, and lots of mistakes are made. Many times my order is wrong, and if I use the drive through, I have to return with the wrong order. But in defense, all fast food companies have these issues. That being said, not being able to communicate, is a very big issue, shame on fast food companies.

Food made here is no different then any other JitB. The big problem is the wait time, no matter if its rush hour or empty lot, walk-in or drive-thru, the time it takes to get your order is the longest Ive ever had in any fast food chain(not the first JitB Ive been to). I understand "dont make it till you order it" but unless they start the process by raising a cow in the back, its unbelievable.(obviously a bit exaggerated, but it gets the point across)

I repeated my order several times and the cashier made her own order for me. Once she finally got it right, my food came and it was still wrong. I didnt want bacon, I dont eat pork. But theres bacon on my French toast. Got a refund and kept my home style potates but they were gross. Not even cooked enough.

Usually slow on the drive-thru, but thats universal for Jack in the Box. Food is always edible, and usually pretty good. Due to Walmart proximity, sometimes therell be some bum begging for change or just people loitering around for no good reason. Not a big deal.

Was really looking forward to eating at Jack since moving out of state 35 years ago. Asked for something very simple......no pickles.....and what do I get? Pickles. First Jumbo Jack in 35 years and they cant get the order correct. Definitely off my bucket list

Most of the time, the food is great. Wait times are not too bad. I did have a time when i had to wait at the counter for several minutes while employees in the back were talking, but in general, i would say this is a so-so place.

Nasty dirty restaurant. DO NOT eat here! Gross food. Nasty burgers with WAY TOO MUCH MAYO that are pre-made and held way past there throw out time. Lettuce and tomato totally wilted and hot! It gave me the runs. Never again...

Manager looked right at me and then decided kids getting soda with water cups was more important then me asking for a simple cheeseburger thanks maria youre obviously the worst manager Ive met in a jack in the box.
