Jared, you were awesome but the rest of the staff and service was horrible. We arrived with a group of 10 to be shown two places that we could sit. The back room was full and quite noisy so we took a less populated row at the very front of the restaurant. The sun was in most peoples eyes so much that they had to wear their sunglasses. The shades dont block the light. As we had no service, we were closing the shades ourselves. We arrived at 8:00 a.m. At 8:20 we still had had no server come to our table so we flagged down someone to take our drink orders. No one knew whose station we were in but Jared stepped in stating he would take care of us (great job, Jared). Our coffee pots were still empty at 8:25. Jared took our drink and breakfast orders at 8:20. At 9:00 we still had not received our food. When half the table needed to leave for other appointments, the manager Chrissy (who was not kind at all and infact seemed quite irritated with us) said your food is on its way out. We had heard that 10 minutes before and were in full view of the kitchen - there was no food on the way out. Half our group left. The remaining ones stayed only because we were starving. The food was barely warm. I understand new restaurants have to work out the bugs but an unfriendly, unapologetic manager does not set a good example for their team. Maybe we will try it again in a few months but it hasnt started out on a good note. We will be back at Gingers for our regular monthly breakfast meeting.

I cant even really give them 1 star after my familys experience with this location (Roseville-Douglas & Sunrise). Service was extremely slow, we had to remind our server to refill our drinks. half of the family received their meals while the other half waited at least 15 mins longer to receive theirs. Every meal that came with eggs, we requested to have cheese added.... well of course, none had any cheese on them. At check out, this was brought to the managers attention, which she apologized and removed it from the bill, while waiting for her to do so... The cook storms out the kitchen saying "Whats the problem here? I put cheese on all of your orders..... I cooked them in the same pan!".... OKayyy! Then, how is it possible that they were cooked together when you brought them out 15mins apart! Anyway I wasnt up for any type of confrontation so I just paid the bill, gave A HEFTY TIP and left. By doing so, Hopefully they will pay better attention in the future and value their jobs a little bit more! God Bless✊

After a Very LONG Day without eating.... I brought my hunger and apetite to IHOP. For starters I ordered an Ice Water with lemon. Diamond, my server comes back with water.... But, NO LEMONS. She claims the entire restaurant has no lemons. I order my food. Ask for a soup and salad.... She comes back with Clam Chowder, and claims that the ENTIRE restaurant is OUT OF SALAD. Finally, I order a Hot Chocolate. Found out after I finished that Hot Cocoa is NOT TREATED the same as Coffee. No free refills. Once our entrée was delivered.... I look at this server like.... DUH. She asks whats wrong? I say what is wrong with this picture?? She looks at OIR TABLE and HAS NO CLUE. I wait. Finally I say our food is on this table, on plates,.... I wait for it. Hoping she acknowledges what is missing. I politely request napkins, and MOST IMPORTANTLY.... Silverware. Pretty sure that I WILL NOT be visiting ANY IHOP anytime soon.

They have new menus, which look very nice. Lots of options. Tried to order the Ultimate Combo with pancakes, 3 bacon, 3 sausage, hash browns, and 2 eggs. I just wanted plain pancakes, but was told they couldnt swap out because its a promotion. All I wanted was to not have toppings on the pancakes they were already providing. Ended up spending more on a lesser combo. There are lots of breakfast places around... Go to Chubbys, right around the corner instead.

Our food had to sent back twice. It was both cold and not what we ordered. When I told the server , she said that wasnt the first time she heard that. There was no excuse, the restaurant had ony three couples and not at all busy.

Got my to go order wrong twice, which took 30 minutes then they refused to make the correct gravy & took 40 minutes to make the one my meal came with. The food wasnt even good by the time I was able to eat it. Waste of money & time.

Two adults one child. One girl serving everyone (trying hard) forgot drink, incorrect order then replacement was mostly raw. Food pretty much cold by the time everything we were supposed to get was on the table. Wont be going back.

I dont normally give bad reviews but was just really dissatisfied with IHOP, not just this location, because they didnt have wheat pancakes considering that their name stands for International House of PANCAKES! :(

Great tasting food, and a really good price. The Staff and Manager were friendly and polite. I was skeptical after reading previous reviews, but after being here a few times I havent had any negative experiences.

When you take out to go orders its much easier to eat the food, when they give you utensils to eat. And if you order pancake order dont forget to ask for syrup because it wont give it to you unless you ask.
