Tried to order in the drive thru and was met with some chick laughing as I tried to order. She then cut out for 30 seconds, and came back laughing and repeated herself a few times. I pull up to the window and 2 employees are talking about another employee, their boss possibly. Because of this I was missing 2 things that I ordered. Lackadaisical mentality here, Ill avoid from now on.

Went through the drive thru were a young blonde girl named "Sam" talked about dirty needles, drug use and how she hadnt showered in a week with a coworker while the window was open. It took over 13 minuts to get my food and my order was wrong! Sam also asked me to back up and pull forward repeatedly.. i guess they have some sort of timer? Hears an idea just do your job better!!!

I go here usually during lunch times. This jack in the box restaurant has always served me with friendly service, a smile, and good food (meaning always cooked well with clean packaging). They also dont charge for their sauces!

Pretty standard fast food. Never a super long wait unless youre ordering a bunch of chicken. That stuff takes time and you dont want it raw anyway, so have some patience. Missing 1 star because its seriously just Jack In The Box

The staff dont always look happy working there because when i ask for sauce they seem bothered, but i really enjoy their munchie meal its a good deal after 8 or 9 pm!
